They'll never lean.

If a bigger/better job comes up then he'll be off like a shot, same goes for Malky. They are seen as a stepping stone, especially with the budget constriants.

They just seem to get quite emotionally attached to their mangers down west then act like jilted lovers when the inevitable happens.

I'd like to think that should Malky leave we would show him the respect that he has earned and wish him well.

IN HUW WE TRUST
we have a chairman and board that are looking after our clubs interest before anything else , can you imagine your club with the fans running the show , how good would that be :D

upward and onward once again

no cardiff would hate to be run like swansea and would hate to have a chairman like jenkins, they know best after all they are a capital club

Now where's that little gobshite aj1984 (or whatever his name is) from Caravanland :?:

I told you so, you ignorant tw*t!  :ayatollah:

its in the paper so its got to be true. laudrrup has come out and said he is not leaving as has his interfering agent. but its in one of the papers it has to be true , you thick arrogant tw*t ,

Thick, arrogant tw*t??

You're the one from Swansea, fella

The 'moral high ground' starting to shift back down the M4 East and you are all in denial ;)

I am FAR from thick, I am certainly not arrogant, but I might be a tw*t so far as you are concerned...because there is NOTHING that irks someone with low intelligence (specifically YOU ;) ) than not being able to construct a 'reasoned' response without resorting to profanity ;)

What with you being from Swansea, I always try to make allowances for your juvenile and ignorant behaviours. You are a race apart and (given the UK's tolerance of afflicted minorities) you are to be treated with 'some sympathy' ;)

Laudrup is on his way, fella. Get used to it and (better still) go back to your Planet Swamp Nursery site, where you can interact with people of similar mind; STUPID! ;)

ok sorry your not thick and arrogant, your stupid and obsessed, you should be worried about your club and how they are going to survive next year, instead your worrying yourself whether or not our manager will stay or go, if he goes so be it , we will move on and find someone else , we are in very good place at the moment on and off the pitch , something that hurts you deeply, :laughing6: :laughing6:

This is an honest jack, and in fairness talks sense on occasions, the other one is deluded and thick as sh!t....

This Jack seems to agree with the sensible Jack, he knows you have a sh!t budget and recruit managers that are prepared to work within it, they use you for one season rise their profile and then feck off as quick as they can because the know it will get harder to repeat the process the following season.

So far it has worked do to the Chelsea contacts for Brenda and the Spanish League contacts for Laudrup.

To be honest it could be good for Swansea if he goes, as long as they can change things again slightly and select a Manager with ready made contacs, but of course every change is a gamble and like Sousa they won't all work....

No im not backing up your point at all, remember martinez came to be swansea's manager from chester city, and he would of known 100% how much money he had to spend each season, and lets say martinez didnt do a good job for swansea(he did a great job) and no premier club came in for him do you think he would of still jumped ship say to barnsley for example.

He become manager in the 2006/07 season, do you REALLY believe he would have been told Swanseas budget for the 2009/10 season, especially when they were in a different division to when he first took over???

The fact is he pushed Swansea on, done well with the budget he had and believed with a bit of backing from the board could have got them into the PL. If the board had backed him then maybe he wouldnt have joined Wigan. Who knows. He does have a strong connection with Wigan, but he did at Swansea as well.

As for the comparison to Barnsley that is utterly stupid, because Barnsley were not in a higher division to Swansea and wouldnt have had a bigger budget anyway.
