It's because huw '' I take no payment '' jenkins actually takes a cut of all transfers. Ask any player unlucky enough to have signed for them.

There seems to be a bit of Sam Hammam about Huw Pugh, people saying he draws up his own transfer targets list then gives that to the manager...

Not always, you will lose a decent Manager and a load of players, and his potential signings, bad move it won't work year after year, every new manager is a gamble, time you had a bad bit of luck

Even with this news and it probably being the start of their inevitable slide back down to where they really belong, the last thing on my mind would be to even look at Planet Tetanus, let alone post on it. That would be odd. But then they are odd. The beauties on the BBC's Call Centre and Homeless documentaries show the reality of what they are. The football must have been a nice distraction from their dire reality. Inferiority Complex=Obsessed. It has and always be that way.

Oh yea, I'm sure, why isn't he manager himself then???

They were signed by the managers, you're implying he is an interfering director, if so there is nothing worse than that, maybe that is why you must be one of the worst teams in all divisions for Managers walking out on you. You can brag as much as you like that it has worked out well so far, but there is nothing worse than a club with interference from the top with Mangers leaving every season and it always goes wrong eventually, unless your Chelsea of course and they can back it up with an unlimited budget, but of course you are the complete opposite with a Championship budget.....

No point to make other than you lose you manager almost every season because they walk out on you, you can fanny on about it as much as you like but that is a very bad situation, and the opposite of long term successful clubs due to lack of continuation.

Keep on gambling it will go wrong eventually....

I am on about the 'debt' your club FAILED to pay your local businesses for 'services rendered, so putting some of them out of business, you illiterate fool

Couldn't give a flying feck about your rental situation, as that is a matter for your Council. However, I do care when your profligate club KNOWINGLY saw 'locals' go to the wall rather than fall on your own sword

Feckin' shameful...and no matter what our debts in recent years THEY HAVE ALL BEEN SORTED TO THE TUNE OF 100 PENNIES IN THE £ ;) :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Re: BBC WALES NEWS - SWANSEA THREAD! (MERGER!)

Wed Jun 12, 2013 9:40 pm

This is the most important time of the year for every football club and the worst possible time to have an unsettled Manager. Laudrup holds all the cards, he can stay if he wants and wait to see if any bigger clubs do come in for him.

If they do he could be off and leave you in the lurch, taking his best players and your transfer targets with him.

You can't sack him as it will cost you too much, but your whole season is in the balance, maybe you will agree to a mutual split so you can both move on??? But then you would lose out on your compensation, it's a bad situation, if it was Malky I would be very worried, and all honest jacks would agree.....

This could be a very interesting summer.........

You really want to have this dance again?

Name the locals who went to the wall.

Oh, and your club hasn't paid any debts, you transferred your credit balance while racking up even more debt.

They (well, Huw Jenkins) won't deal with the manager's agent and that will only end one way...

Laudrup is in Spain tonight meeting with him (the agent) and has stated that he will be keeping him on...

Only one outcome at the New Vetch...an advert for a new manager!

Mark my words, the ONLY debate now will be over () whether Swansea can get 'compensation' when Laudrup joins his new club, or (b) how little they have to pay him (Laudrup) when they decide whether he was 'sacked' or 'walked away'

Either way, HE IS OFF!!
