when you hover over a thread title on the home screen instead of saying 'unread posts' it could say the first line of the post, so you get an idea of what is on the thread, you get that on other forums but not this one, a simple improvement

Sounds more like a student play area than a messageboard, think it will do more to drive the old guard away and introduce more plastics to the forum.
