I'm sorry, but that is absolute rubbish. If you actually want a return to blue, you wouldn't wear the very shirt that is the total opposite of what you actually want.![]()

If you are wearing a red shirt, you are actively endorsing the rebrand & therefore cannot say you wish for a return to blue.

Nonsense. Just because you would prefer a return to blue doesnt mean you wouldnt wear red. I would bet that if you asked every City fan on a match day what colour they would prefer to play in the majority would say blue. However, at home games a large section of our fans (especially at one famous scarf giveaway) wear red.
It is ridiculous to suggest that if you wear red you dont want a return to blue. If you go to ANY home match and purchase ANY ticket, food, drinks and merchandise from the club you are also endorsing the rebrand as the rebranded club you are putting your money into!

It isn't nonsense at all.you cannot describe yourself as "pro-blue" if you are wearing a red shirt, as you have specifically purchased/worm a red shirt over a blue one. If you felt that strongly about a return to blue, you'd wear a blue one.
Unless you were really stupid, of course.![]()

If someone is choosing to wear a RED shirt OVER a BLUE shirt, then they can hardly be described as someone who wants blue back, as they are choosing to wear a red shirt OVER a blue shirt.
Bloody hell.
I have no problem with people who have accepted the rebrand & wear a red shirt, but if they are choosing to wear a red shirt over a blue one, then claim to be "pro-blue", then they are making themselves look very silly.
It would be like setting up an AA meeting in a pub....

Absolute garbage. If you go to a game YOU ARE SUPPORTING THE REBRAND regardless of what colour shirt you wear. If you choose to wear a red top it means you like the red top it doesnt mean you wouldnt prefer the club to be wearing blue. It is just people supporting the club.
In previous seasons if somebody bought an away shirt instead of the home shirt would they be seen as 'anti blue' and not be allowed to sing Blue related songs ? No ofcourse it wouldnt.
