What colour did you vote for (poll)

I really hope it is black. It's a colour I now associate with one of our best ever seasons and last years kit grew on me a lot. It looks really decent with the red shirt and no other team wears black shorts with red shirts as their main home kit aside from Bournemouth (I think?).

White just makes us look like an Arsenal, Utd rip off. Yes we used to have white shorts but they had blue details not red.

Whatever is voted I will respect and grow to support, this is a no win anyway as whatever we choose we will still have a red shirt.

But I'd like to keep the tiny bit of tradition we have built up in red and black, seen as we can.

Better than stupid dark red contrast, whilst white that made us look like ManUre (literally!! ) and either red made us look like Liverpuddle

Either way I'd still prefer BLUE but have (reluctantly) accepted it won't change whilst VT is in charge and I am not ashamed to say that after so many years of financial failure and being 'nearly men' I would like Vincent Tan to stick around a while to help establish us at the top table

i went same red as shirt because i have supported the team since i was 8 and i have learnt as i have grown up that sometimes its not what you want but what is best for the future.

And also learnt that sometime being an idiot about progress is just being an idiot!

Didnt vote in this this silly "compromise" game I am not that gullable.

Actually for great parts of our history we have played in an all blue kit.

I told my Dad to vote black. He voted. Then he couldn't find my season ticket number so I can't vote. I wish I told him white now. Guess I'm in the not voting category.

The reason I voted white, was because I wanted as many colours on the kit from the original blue home kit we used to wear! No other reason.

My favourite part of the email from the club was the bit that said:

"a large number of supporters were unhappy with the choice of colour concerning the shorts. For that we apologise."

Last season a large number of fans were unhappy with the choice of colour of the shirts, for that there was no apology, nor were we given any choice of what we'd prefer. Now they want us to choose our favourite colour ahorts from their choice to match their colour shirt.

Complete joke. Why not just give the fans the colour shirt and shorts we want. It's more than likely we'll play in red or white shorts at some point next season even if we choose black, if we come up against another team who wears black shorts. Are we gonna get to vote for every single game? What colour shorts are going to go with the yellow kit? Off yellow? Mustard? Black? White? Are we voting there too?

Total joke. Rebrand the colours - stick to them. Has any other club rebranded then next season changed the colours of the rebrand?!

It was the wrong colours but it was a good looking kit. Wasn't keen on the blue away either to begin with but grew to like that as well.

I'm refusing to vote.

Instead of voting, I've sent an email expressing my disappointment with not having a blue option.

The club is seriously pissing me off now!

Yep just emailed blue back to them to make a point more should do this to show our dissatisfaction with the way they are treating us fans

If everybody did it ,they would have to listen but most will just follow and vote even though they don't really like any of them

With reflection that would have been a good passive way to protest. No voting just emailing about no blue option.

Thank you for sending me the opportunity to vote on the colour of the shorts for next seasons playing strip.

Unfortunately my personal preference would be "Blue" which has not been offered so I have decided to abstain. At a time when the club are running this "WEARECARDIFFCITY" One City, One Community and One Club I am extremely disappointed that a club that claims to have an "ALL INCLUSIVE ETHOS" could so callously omit our clubs traditional colours from this ballot.

Having said that I'm sure the club will see my position as that of a replaceable fan, one of the 25% who can leave if we don't like how our club is being run. Next season will be my 48th watching "The Bluebirds" and I'm finding it difficult to remember a time when my opinion has counted for less.

None of them. I was so annoyed they can shove them all up their arse. I'm more angry than when the rebrand first took place....and thats saying a lot !!!!!
We all need to boycott everything from the club shop and wear our old blue stuff. We have become a joke.
