46 pts for 9th place must be the lowest total for a long time, if not ever in the PL? Apart from the top 7 its fine lines in the PL as a couple of wins less and it's a real threat of relegation. I can't decide if that gives me hope or more cause to worry

I remember West Ham getting relegated with 42 points back in 03/04 I think!

The scoreline was the most flattering one I've seen this season. For the first 30 minutes of the second half, Fulham didn't get out of their half. The difference between the two sides was the quality of finishing and we had far more chances.

The pundit at the game couldn't believe it when Fulham scored their second.. Although as he said, if you're going to be that wasteful, you deserve to lose.

that's why Laudrup has prioritised our striker ASAP, we can get Michu back playing in is preferred position then

Where's the money coming from, existing players will want a rise, and the last two seasons you have had to sell managers and players for a profit, who's flying out the door this year, and now it's players you wanted to keep, will it work this time???

Don't worry about our finances we are doing quite well but actually I have no problem with selling Vorm hes served us well but it its time to move him on now, Tremmel has proved hes just as, if not more reliable so we are good in goal.

02/03 but you're right on the points. These jacks aren't quite as comfortable as they make out. Gifted that win against Wigan too.

Re: jacks lose again

So you have to sell Vorm, who else???

He is probably one of your best players and along with Michu, and Williams and Rangel is probably one of the last players you should being selling, I hope he goes that will be a massive weakness.

A keeper like that is worth easily 15 points a season, it will unsettle your defence no end if he goes, very bad move,I hadn't even contemplated him leaving, that's great news, if true :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :malky:

Selling Vorm to survive, slippery slope and you know it, it's all downhill from now, always in your mighty capitals shadow :ayatollah: :malky:

I agree with him as Tremmel has been the better of the two 'keepers this season but will would still get a very hefty fee for Vorm.

But there's a world of difference between that and "selling to survive".

why not? he deserves a shot at being at a top club and we can get along quite well without him. I fail to see the problem there??

We were beaten by the better team today, surprisingly. No sweat though it's what happens in the PL You'll see for yourselves soon enough.bit of a bizarre result though as we murdered them all game long.

I cant wait til we've signed ourselves a quality striker. The prospect of lining up with a recognised and quality number 9 is mouthwatering if your a jack. Can you imagine us lining up with a lukaku or aspas up top?!?

Michu chipping in with 10-12 and our striker 15-20

*drool* :D
