I been following City while you were still shitting Yellow and needed a hand to PEE! ( Maybe you still do ) I use to wear Blue all the time and still do ,but now I also wear RED , What makes me laugh is half the people on here that shouts there mouth off about the Red, Don't even wear Blue them self's. I support Cardiff City as a club, if they played in Green & white with Red stripes I would still Follow them. Its the Club of my City , CARDIFF CITY.

Well done you. I don't agree with your views, but unlike you, I won't abuse/insult you personally for it.

Not at all. Just have an opinion.

Again, members cannot understand that I have an opinion that differs to theirs & instead of accepting it, try to justify it with nonsense accusations.

I think I should know more about you on what I feel/think about something.

You are very wrong and are now boring me with this Swansea fan rubbish- you've been proved wrong several times on that one, by many posters on here - to the point where it makes you look a bit silly.

Enjoy being put on ignore. :sleepy2:

Spot on. :ayatollah: :malky:

you mean the finances he is loaning the club at 7 % interest and at a current debt of over 80 mill what a hero he is and then he stole are identity he gets nothing from me.everyone seems to be obsessed with the prem look at the bigger picture as it stands we are crippled with debt and are identity is gone the only thing he has done for me is cause anger and upset the prem isnt everything.

Lets see if that debt is turned into equity now weve been promoted, that was one of Tans promises

Exactly. The main positive for me about the rebrand was settling the Langston debt and in turn VT converting his debt to equity. This is the acid test, as if he doesn't regardless of getting promoted, we will be up shit creek! I'd rather have a club for the long term future, not just one season in the premier league.

my point exactly mate I REALY do hope he does turn the debt into equity but what angers me is he hasnt yet has he .In the here and now he has put us in over 80 mil of debt and stole are identity but hay we are almost a prem team BOLLOCKS.
all people are concerned with is success and the prem at this moment in time it doesnt look good to me maybe that will change with promotion I will be waiting to see what Tan does now .

With out trying to cause another rebrand debate (which it inevitably will) we still have our identity. But yes, I want the blue back as I'm missing it. :ayatollah:

I won't clap him. If people started booing I'd join in but I doubt that will happen. Remember when they mentioned it was VT's birthday or something and the only response was a few claps, other than that it was silent.

I'll never forgive him because of the rebrand.

Some love Tan for almost putting us in the prem other fans are looking at the bigger picture.I would thank him for coming in to the club at the beginning and investing to save us .

Since then and what he has done I 100 % hate the man sorry and you are in my eyes mad if you think we still have are identity,

The best thing he can do tomorrow if things go well for us is stay in the stand with that daft red coat .If he had kept the blue kit and badge I would be buzzing right now and I no people feel the same .No debt to equity yet dont like im.

No doubt Vincent Tan will make an appearance on the pitch and i was just thinking of what reception he will get off the Anti-Red fans and just wanted to know everyone elses opinions .... From me he will get an applause because without his contribution with money we wouldn't be celebrating automatic promotion on tuesday :ayatollah:

I'm sure the 'pro-club/team' supporters will easily drown out those who think so little of their club that they cannot 'let it be' for one (hopefully) superb night ;) :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

its not him I trust, more like his business acumen, he knows how to make money.........to get any return from us we need to be, as a club, a lot more valuable than we are. He needs us to be successful on and off the pitch.

Fair point but all I am saying is in the here and now financialy we are fucked over 80 mil in debt and lanston to pay.

I want Tan to sort us out finacialy and maybe he will just saying he aint done it yet has he.

The time is getting closer to see how it all pans out and I hope it all goes well for us but I do wonder.

I think your missing the point, we are not financially fucked, he isnt asking for his money back, the debt is not hindering us in anyway......now, if he asks for it back tomorrow then yes, we are but hes not.

Some did 'Boo' him, JonCCFC and a lot of it came from your area of the ground (at the back of 16/117) so I assume you joined in (?) with that ;)

No issues with that (as we have discussed it is YOUR perrogative) and I have to say it was, in the main, pretty good natured and inoffensive by standards :ayatollah:

The irony was two-fold:

1: It (the chanting) was pretty much drowned out at the front by the applause from the majority, and

2: A lot of those chanting had RED shirts/scarves on as they sung

As I said, it's not a 'go' it's more an observation that despite the rhetoric MOST accept the rebrand ; no matter how reluctantly ;) :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I was surprised to not hear not much boos from the Anti Tan's. On my stand one guy shouted Wankerrr... but every turned around and looked at him, then he shut up.

The anti re branders didn't boo him. They just didn't clap him either and i was told after when Tan walked in front of the Canton they sang "We'll always be Blue" Me personally i am grateful he took us on but i dislike him with a passion now for raping our Club of its identity.

In fairness a little chant did start up.....but it got quickly drowned out by most other fans.

I didn't boo or clap, although I joined in with "the blues are going up" and "we're Cardiff City, we'll always be blue" which was sung by the Canton and the Ninian as he was walking around the pitch.

But you are mostly right. At the end of the day, he was clapped by the majority because without him we probably wouldn't be in the Premier League, but at the same time the majority wants us to be in blue which is why we were singing those pro-blue chants. I'm sure you can agree with that. :ayatollah:

loads who sang that don't care what colour we play in i saw loads with red on singing it its just an old song about going up..
