Sad i know and i feel ashamed even thinking like this but there you go

Sorry Nukes you can't complain while you have renewed you ST. You are just as bad as those with only eyes for premiership! Stick to your principles, if you hate something so much don't pay into his pocket. I am shocked that such an anti red like you has even contemplated buying a season ticket!

If you think the bluebirds/Cardiff has died then you shouldn't go anymore, the passion isn't there. You are a good man Nukes but what your saying doesn't hold water while you have willingly signed up to Tan and his vision.

:old: :old:

In all fairness I'm sure Nukes isn't renewing, he held on to last years coz it was paid for and I understand that, but he has said he wont put anymore money into Tan's pockets so we must respect him for his principles unlike others who slate people yet still stump up and support it. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Everytime I watch Gillette Soccer Saturday we are known as just Cardiff on there.... :D

Which the club have actively tried to change by writing to Sky and several other media outlets regarding this issue. :thumbright:

It was well publicised by the club & mentioned before the Carling Cup final in particular. It has been previously mentioned by the Media Manager at Cardiff City too.

If you're that bothered, investigate for yourself or email the club and enquire. Maybe ask Barrie MacAuliffe, he's mentioned it on twitter before. :thumbright:

You are the one making the point, why should I have to find the evidence for your argument? Why would I look when I don't believe the evidence is out there?

Not sure what thats got to do with anything.

I do care about getting to the top table as i have done my time over the years. Is it the be all and end all? Certainly not but then again, neither is a colour.

Re: Respect

Tan doesn't care what you do with the ST as long as you have renewed he doesn't mind.

Hes in an excellent place, he's apparently got thousands of fans who don't like him yet are willing to pay into his pocket, whats to complain about! Why change anything back to what it was when fans will turn up regardless.

:old:

Peole / supporters can do what they like. But will i sit there and behave like a modern new Cardiff Dragons supporter ? No i wont. My heart is torn in two i would not expect you or anyone else to understand that. I have had a few texts this week one being from a pro red fan saying Chief you have been right from the begining Chief. And anothed from a blue diehard who says he wont be re newing his ST . All very very sad

Its heartbreaking to see our support divided like this I agree. We used to be a family who stood by each other. The rebrand has split the fans like nothing else mate and it's horrible to watch.

I would give anything to have the blue back but we have no voice, he hasn't listened to our voice this season regarding the colours and he won't listen to them next season when he decides to rip the blue seats out. We can wear blue all we like and it won't make a shred of difference. He only cares about money and power and he's got that with Cardiff.

:old:

Rebrand hasn't split many of us, you saw yourself how few people were bothered about wearing the scarf. It's very much a minority that are divided from the rest. 'City till I die' remember that?

I agree, the rebrand has in the main only split people who post on the 2 message boards...in the real world, far far away from here, not that many people are concerned about it.

Re: Respect

I appreciate all peoples opinions on the rebrand, however after Tuesday night it is not for me the football club I loved, the club my Father took me to see for my first game in 1968 against Hamburg as long gone. The soul has been ripped out, and replaced with a corporate monstrosity that kneels at everything that is soulless and empty in modern day football. I have renewed my season Ticket for next season, however after seeing the rebranding in all its glory on Tuesday I will be selling my ticket. I waited 45 years for the big league, but I will not be going .
Once my season ticket arrives I will sell for face value.

Cheers all :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
