Just bought a season ticket on general sale. Never been to a Cardiff game before, but cant wait to have the chance of watching my favourite premier league teams in Cardiff!!!

I have two queries:

Firstly, what does "All season ticket cards require an up to date photograph" imply? My current season ticket does not have a photo on it.

Secondly, the concesssion for Seniors is based on date as at 1st August 2013, but what is the minimum age on this date to qualify?

Just renewed mine.

Just renewed ours and I noticed that it stated " By selecting Instalment Plan, you authorise Zebra Finance to automatically debit your Bank/Building Society annually with the then current charge."
Looks like they'll be automatically renewed next year. Also said there is interest to pay, can't remember how much was stated but I think it was something like 19.8%

2 years ago me and my boys went in the ticket office and they took the pictures for us on a camera linked to the computer and all done in a couple of minutes.

Renewed ours today paid for the boys and did mine on the 10 months interest free. Didn't fancy paying £20 admin fee on each of the boys tickets. Impressed the youngest has just gone up to an over 9 ticket but the club did it for the price at the start of the 5 year deal.

im 16 nearly 17 in april, would i be able to apply for zebra finance?

if i have to be 18, could i use my fathers account or something?

I took a photo with my phone and sent it in, had no reply so I assume all is okay!

I email them every year with a new photo, get no repkys from thembut always end up with a new photo

Is it like a passport photo or just normal

me and my mate would want to buy season tickets in the canton stand on the eticketing and i would like to pay with zebra but my mate would like to pay it straight off is that possible?

wouldnt 2 of the season tickets go on my name?

No dude, they would have to be ordered separately if you wana pay in two different ways.
Just have 2 tabs open on e-ticketing and choose seats next to eachother and order from there!

just clicked on the eticketing site and the canton stand and the ninian is nearly full, plenty on the corners though

just got the season ticket for next year in the canton, paying £27.90 over 10 months not bad

I was listening in yesterday in the ticket office, and the only reason there cutting off 117 in the ninian stand is because of the premier league regulation state that you must have a 3,000 allocated away end, there a bit too confident

right just a quick question, ive sorted mine and my mates

just wondering about my mate i ordered one on here for him earlier and used to zebra finance and put my bank card details down because he didnt have his details on him, would he be able to change to his bank when he gets the letter off zebra? because when i done mine i had a letter of zebra to see if ive done everyone correctly, please someone help me or pm me?
