I agree with you mate. The rebrand is great for the youngsters of this club and they're the ones that matter. We've had plenty of time supporting City ourselves and as long as the youngsters are happy with a red Cardiff City thats all that matters. Its a new chapter in the clubs story.
why is the rebrand 'great'for the youngsters..? surely if we kept blue then Craigs daughters would want the blue home top.
New image, something different, refreshed brand, people like newer stuff, just like fashion really, etc. a lot of people like the latest thing that is in. A new image also gives them a chance to get involved and then 40 years down the line they can say they started supporting the club since the new badge and that will be the marker for the start of their affiliation of the club. Harder for us older lot to understand and must be harder again for those older than me because we've become so used to blue but i've just stayed open minded on it and thought 'what would i like if i was a kid?' new toys at christmas etc, kids want the newest things dont they so easy to understand why they'd want the new red shirt. The amount of red shirts I've seen near where I live in Cardiff and even up here and in West Wales is ridiculous. I never thought it'd sell so well but it has because people want something different.

Periodically,I leave the messageboards well alone and i genuinely hope that your tipping point over the club name is not reached. If I could live with the colour change I would. I just happen to strongly believe that traditional colours matter an awful lot in football. I can't simply change that long held view.
As for trying to wind people up that is certainly not the case.I enjoy the debate but inevitably with something as emotive as the rebrand, periodically things get a little heated.

Dont read too much into it, they would have asked for the blue one if that was there. I was just saying i hate the rebrand but just because ive bought the red top for my kids as they asked for it doesnt make me a sellout as their happiness means more than the rebrand
