Gwyn jumping the fence is almost here

well back in the summer Gwyn stated in front of he says 120 I would say 150 people that if Tan doesn't turn the debt into shares in 6 months time then he will be the first to jump the fence.

Now the 6 month period is up in the later part of January so many people are waiting for the great leap from our Gwyn to see if he's true to his word.

Unfortunately as he knows this time is approaching first he's been trying to change the wording of what he said but people know. Even the other board are constantly reminding him of his statement and the wait is almost over because no debt has been turned into shares as of yet.

Is he wearing a mug t shirt this time ?

Gwyn you are wrong. I can distinctly remember you replying to one of my threads stating that you would protest if the debt to equity was not resolved. I will try and find the quote. You did not state what the protest would be but it was stated.

As time went on, I realised we were being dictated to and blackmailed, that made me more against Tan.

Thats it, end of I hate the rebranding, but I still go and love my football, actually at Blackburn away I stood on my seat and clapped them at the end as they all came over. But I still F hate the colour/badge, but I wont desert.

The problem is that Gwyn has changed the wording so much since that he's believing himself.Many others including Annis heard what he said and its FACT

In all fairness to Gwun he has remained consistent on the issue, altough Annis said a couple of times that Gwyn specifically said debt to equity or over this fence he goes.

Well this is a stupid thread if I ever saw one ...I was actually sat near Gwyn in the Muni and I remember exactly what he said....if tan failed to follow through with his promise to invest in the club by getting players or if he started to assist strip the club in six months time then I will jump over the fence to protest myself...he definitely never mentioned debt to equity ,why would he.?

It is obvious that angry man has a grudge against Gwyn and is making things up...actually ANnis was sat near me aswell and he might be able to remember it was not really important in context of all the shouting and screaming going on in the room at the time....a

Again more here say, ask people for the truth, what I said was firstly in the form of a question where i asked what they hoped to achieve by protesting at that moment, my view then as it is now was the more he had invested, risked or tied into the club, the more chance we had of getting him to change or adjust some of his decisions.

I then saaid that give it six months to see how things had progressed and if we find that he has shafted us by asset stripping or setting out to deliberately harm us, then protest and I would be first over the fence.

Now you may translate that into debt to equity in your head, but it's not what I said, and personally even now, I don't give a flying foof about the debt to equity, it's the same position we are in.

If it make business sense to hold of until Sam?Langston agree to settle, then so be it, if it makes business sense to keep it as a debt, the so be it, it's his debt, his money his club, even if he turns the debt to equity, it;s his equity, his club, it will never be ours.

Don't understand the fuss, it don't change anything either way, we are reliant on his financial support, and when we don't need to be and run at a profit, he will no doubt sell us and make a healthy profit, and good on him. Never thought he was here because he felt sorry for us and was performing a charitable act, he obviously sees the potential to make money, and whilst it's not what we may want, that is how it is, and not just at Cardiff.

I think you will find it is proof. Gwyn is talking about the VTs promises that went along with the rebrand which was the settling of the Langston debt. He clearly gives a timescale of 6 months and then threatens consequences. How much more proof do you need.

That's not proof, however I remember a similar thread like that saying he'd be first over the fence.
