It's getting a little awkward to continue this discussion as I seem to know more about the catholic church than you do and am backing up my statements with references. Perhaps you might consider doing the same?

I already said I applaud you for not following your churches rules. I know a great many religious people who are very nice people and are my friends, I also know some who would like to kill me.

My problem is with *any* organisation that tries to force it's own faith based rules on others and more often than not those organisations are religions.

Edit: Also, don't ask me to try to make sense of religious hypocrisy, it's one of the reasons I'm no longer religious.
