PEOPLE agree with the re brand and people dissagree that is what Tan has achieved it will never go away.

For me Tan has and is pumping money into this club and thats great for us and CCFC but it comes at a price for me and that is the red kit and the rebrand which to me will alaways be painfull.Everytime I see us run out in that red kit and take a look around me seeing people in red replica tops is so painful to me it angers me so so much.

I was so angrey when Tan came onto the pitch last season with the champ trophey I couldnt even celebrate like everybody else did.

I still watch and support the team but it is painfull and I dont want to feel like that.

So Tan for me is good and bad and if i had to choose I would say bad as to me the identity meant everything to be proud of Tan even mocked it.

So sorry if people who feel like me want to march to show support of are true identity then thats fine by me .

It Tan hadnt messed with it and left it all as it was we would all be united and buzzing Tan would be God in these parts instead it caused a massive rift between us fans at a time when we should be all together and loving it .Its not like that though is it and anybody that doesnt see this red or blue is a fool its split are club .

If people wanna march let em if people want to embrace the red let em its there right and democratic opinion which we are all allowed to have.

Such a real shame Tan didnt talk to fans he just did it and there is no comprimise .Its done now but this will drag on until the cows come home and its Tans f**k up like it or not. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Welsh Paul,

You seem like the kind of person who needs something explained to them on numerous occasions to understand it. No problem with that.

This is from the Bluebirds Unite official page (which I am sure you've taken the time to read)

http://bluebirdsunite.org.uk/wp/?page_id=2

"We are grateful to VT for helping us achieve Premiership status, but we implore him to understand what OUR club means to us."

Would you like me to translate that into something you would understand clearer? I'm more than happy to do so if it would help stop the incessant thoughts you keep spewing out onto this poor website.

So do you think a march on such a big day will make him revert to blue or embarrass him? Think he said where he stands in recent interview.

It will highlight how much the bluebirds and the club's identity means to a lot of people.

Nothing on it's own ever changed anything. Things change through a combination of factors.

What I do know is that people should stand up for what they believe in.

I have completely lost track of what you were saying.

I would prefer us in blue.
VT has us in red and made this a point of further investment.
VT committed to red.

Therefore do i become reluctant red or committed to blue at all costs even if it means VT out?

I personally choose reluctant red, those marching for blue i hope realise this is only likely to be achieved with VT out and if they are prepared to accept that then admit it.

Sounds like you like the sound of your own voice, but the answer to your questions are here:

A march celebrating who we are and our History- IDENTITY – Pride.

Are you not proud of Cardiff City FC? You ashamed of the bluebird mr Red or Dead?

Cardiffkid quoted earlier a BU statement stating "they are very grateful to Tan" so why don't they delete anti Tan posts and ban said posters from their FB group? I don't get it!

I'm proud of our history and identity, but I'm not attending the march, does that mean I'm not actually proud of our identity?

Of course not, but I would say that if you the kind of person to spend hour after hour, post after post ,slagging off City fans who are proud of our club's identity, then it would be a peculiar way to demonstrate being proud!

They do delete the posts, but they aren't full time!

That said, some members of course may be opposed to Tan, but thats the nature of things when you are trying to 'unite' people.

This isn't the Soviet Union. People have freedom of expression.

Bluebirds Unite seems to be a group to unite people proud of our identity and history. Whether individual members support or oppose Tan is irrelevant. The group welcomes him and wants to engage with him, and there is naught wrong with that..we are customers after all.

They can dress it up all they like,we all know it's a protest against the rebranding even chuckles who fights their corner agrees with that.
What do you think bake,is it a celebratory march or anti rebranding march?

so its gone from 'these fans' to 'vast majority'!!! Which is it.? There were around 1 in 5 of people who went to Cheltenham stayed inthe Town Centre even when the games was being played. That is a 'sizable amount' don't you agree..?

Everyone had their different reasons but for many it was the rebrand.

You didn't ask a question you assumed that I said that the vast majority won't go into the ground. By placing a question mark in your sentence is just proof of your bad grammer more than anything else

Re: ' This bluebirds unite march against Man City '

What people are missing is the fact that the media will not report this March as a celebration of anything, it will be viewed as a protest march! Makes a better news story, for all the good intentions of the March, people are seriously deluded if think it is going to be perceived as anything other than a protest! After all it is widely know that fans are totally apposed to the changing of colour and you cannot escape that fact. A Celebration? only to those marching, to everyone else in the wider world its a protest!
