Very good points there mate .
What tactics do you think palace will employ?
What tactics would you employ?
What do you think the score will be?
Who do u think are cardiffs best players and why?

Honest answers would be much appreciated

Obviously our best play will come from the wings, Zaha or bolaise gets one on ones and 9/10 times they will win. I expect palace to use that with crosses for Murray. I believe cardiffs defensive middle pairing to be more than capable in the air so expect low driven crosses. Palace usually go out to the wings when attacking and to be honest I wouldn't change that but I think that Hudson would have murrays number fairly quickly so would like to see wz and yb move inside a bit more often, parr can make overlapping runs on the left for sure so there is that option but not too confident on the right. Through the middle will be garvan and he'll be joined by kg when attacking. Slipping the pass through is probably better than shooting, although garvan has a great shot on him Marshall will cover it easily but I believe Marshall to be suspect at rushing out. Generally I would play quick attacking football as I believe the less time your midfield is anywhere near it the better. Attack the full backs often with direct dribbling to goal. Murray is better mixing his runs this time out. He most often goes far post but keeping you defense guessing will soon run them out of shape. Defensively I believe keeping whittingham quiet is key. If he can't off load the ball that's most of his game done. He has excellent delivery probably best in the league but not much else. Bellamy is obviously class so keep an eye on him.

As for your best players...... That's difficult. I would say ..... Whittingham- for his passing mostly. Hudson- organised and very good all round footballer and Marshall - always impressed with him. I do also like noone, Conway and mutch , I think your weakest players are left and right back (the grey one mcnaulthy? Think he's past his prime a bit) and not overly keen on helguson. But that is your team and I could be totally wrong and I would also like to point out that I rate Cardiff highly because of the way they are as a TEAM. So best players aside the time ethics you have are a big reason for your league position.

This is a good post for what it's worth but you may find that your starting line up for palace is .... Well.... Unlikely.

It's most likely going to be

Speroni
Blake/ward , ramage, gabbidon, parr
Dikgacoi, jedinak
Zaha, garvan, bolaise
Murray

Subs (of note) : moritz, okeefe, moxey,

I've watch Cardiff a couple of times and have to say your gaffer has really got a team that's ready now. In Bellamy, whittingham and a couple other you have some really good players!! I would even go as far as say that Cardiff is the most ready for the promotion fight this season. Ask any palace fan at the beginning of this season where we thought we would be and 3rd is nowhere near what we would say. We are just happy to be up here and battling with the likes of Cardiff and hull.

In our side of things against you guys its always a go game. We've played each other enough now to know what to look out for. But I think you may have missed a few things. So as a friendly fan I thought I'd point them out.

Murray: he scores goals!! But he really needs service. Cut the service cut the goals. He has 18 goals this season, the next is on 5 I believe. Should say it all.

Zaha, bolaise: you are right to be worried about these two but maybe for the wrong reason. It's not the one on one that's the problem, every defender is aware of the skill of the two lads. What you need to look out for is when they combine. Look out for what looks like over hit crosses. They may well be passes. And if one swaps wings but the other doesn't then they've spotted a weakness, see goal against Huddersfield. From what I've seen your full back are capable of at least frustrating them but not stopping them. Double teaming them doesn't work you will just leave someone else open.

Garvan, moritz: expect them to find a few good passes they are the feeders. Like pw for you guys garvan can place it on a penny if needed. Moritz has better close control so may beat a player first. Both a excellent passers.

Kg and Jedi: two defensive midfielders but really only one !! Kg makes very deep lung busting runs into space. Usually towards Murray opening the wings. Jedi will read the game and clear up our midfield. He's strong and quick with a good range of pass. Watch out for those.

The defence: I don't think you've given us enough credit. Our goal difference is to different to yours . They are organised and strong. In parr and ward there is a bit of pace. Parr is an excellent tidy defender and I think you'll be impressed by him. The centre backs may have a bit of a change this match as damo is suspended due to a horrific tackle last game resulting in a red. So it's likely to be gabbidon and ramage. I guess you know about gabbidon and for that darcy Blake too so no need to say anything there. As for ramage he is stronger than he looks, excellent reader of the game, positioning is brilliant but....... Slow. This will be where you will probably exploit. Expect our defence to be quite deep.

Speroni: regularly one of the best keepers in the league. Excellent shot stopper and really good at game reading. His distribution is quality and he is quietly confident. He's not huge so crosses are his weak point I would say and generally when he does come for crosses he punches clear. Usually towards Zaha / bolaise. Whittinghams crosses have beaten him before.

So that's a bit more knowledge about us. Maybe you could rethink your tactics. The game will be closer than you think. Fitness wise the whole squad is very very fit so don't expect us to give up easily. My shout is a score draw. Good luck tho I hope it's a cracker!! ( sorry had to do it) merry Christmas Cardiff fans. I hope palace win but that's not up to me.

F**k me just because you wear a similar strip to Barcelona    all we heard is your self opinionated how your so good ( 1 win in the last six) well how about Marshall. Bellamy , Kimbo , Noone , Whitts, etc    wake up you egomaniac I cant wait whem we send you back down the M4 with 1 in 7 you condescending tosspot.

Sorry it seemed like that to you. Guess you miss understood what I said. I was generally just telling you what we as palace fans think of our team so you could have a more level way of thinking.....

However...

Reading your post I guess thinking isn't a strong point.

I understood perfectly what you said now take a look at CPFC comments according to your forum we are Lucky Bastards, Welsh c*nts, sheepshagging c*nts and that's just a few choice remarks so we do not a need patronising fuckwit like yourself telling us how good you think your team is , it is a well known fact that the majority of the Championship expect you to fall away which we will help you along come Wednesday.
Answer me this if you are so f*cking good and supposedly world beaters how come you have only collected 7 points from the last 18 ?? don't look like promotion form to me . :P :P :P

I'm not here to argue with you and to be honest I have no intention of continuing to do so. I guess the name wasn't enough but if you read the comments that I have written I haven't said a bad word about Cardiff. Tarring us with same brush is a little closed minded but its up to you. For reference I've actually been quite down to earth about our position in the league and the fact that a lot of palace fans think this promotion thing is a dream. I'm in no confusion that we are lucky to be where we are. So really you've just gone on the attack at me without reading what I've put on here. You really need to wind ya neck in and be a little more grown up. As it happens I think I've learnt a fair bit about Cardiff fans and you all seem a good bunch. I'm looking forward to the game.

You must be feeling rather stupid now shitforbrains 1 win in the last 7 :o :o :o 7 points from 21    I told you you shot your bolt your fans should be grateful they give you some excitement for almost half a season :P fact is you greatly overachieved and Palace fans like yourself believed your own hype !!.
Zaha and Bolasie were the worse pair of con artist I have seen this season for trying to cheat their way to an unfair advantage when it came to diving and upending our players but once the referee cottoned on and booked both players (along with a few other of your cheating team) you had nowhere to go and a fair result ensued :ayatollah: .
Now I don expect to see anymore of your patronizing remarks on here as defeat is a bitter pill do swallow  but I do expecet to see is Crystal Palace drop down the league table quicker than the proverbial brick ;) :P .
