My dear Angelis, get out of the dark ages.

I think people get mixed up between racism and patriotism!!! The censuses are nothing to go by, figures published by the government (coz they don't lie).. How many immigrants have gone un-noticed illegally etc.. Our traditions and ways of life are being pushed aside to compensate for other countrys beliefs. Human rights etc, terrorists being given asylum because of what will happen to them if they are deported to their own countrys.. Was a photo of a sikh on the net in a turban marching alongside the queens guards in their traditional head wear.. All respect for the fella for joining our forces and fighting for this country , however surely its not right that he should dress differently because of his religion and be at one with his comrades and adhere to the correct military dresscodes.. Just my humble opinions, shoot me down if you wish i'm not really bothered.. Theres a fine line with all this racism bollocks and its that line that stops laws from being placed and people abiding by our rules..

I have no fear of these people, its not about colour or where they are from.. Purely that our country is in a right shit heap and doesn't seem to be getting any better aswell as tradition and our identity being flushed away. I lived in England for 10 years, I have friends of all colours and nationalitys.. Put whatever word you want on it.. I don't visit other countrys and demand they allow my thoughts and beliefs, I shut up and enjoy the culture and if i don't like it I come home

I am firmly in favour of multiculturism.Always have been and have never sat on the fence on the issue.

Jobs should be given to the best person for that job , whatever their race , colour or religion.That applies to people from other countries relocating (by legitimate immigration) to the UK or to British people seeking work abroad.I have personal experience of job candidates from abroad (particularly the Far East and Eastern Europe) having far better numeracy and literacy skills than more local candidates and also a better work ethic.Then the unsuccessful candidates moaning that they were British but lost the job to a foreigner even though the local wasn`t good enough.

What I don`t believe in is positive discrimination - giving a job to someone from a minority group just to statistically get the numbers up rather than on merit.Also I think just employing someone because they are the cheapest labour available (e.g. some of the growers in the East of England , some companies in the hotel and catering industry) rather than pay a fair rate for the job is totally wrong.

Providing they are allowed to work in this country?

AND they MUST the follow the same laws that everyone else has to regards pay and working conditions. Look what happened to those Chinese cockle pickers because the authorities turned a blind eye to what was going on. If they followed the laws then they would still be alive now.

who ever it is that wishes to live here must bring a skill or quality that will be of use. (obvious example Doctor, nurse, corner shop retailer etc)

After the great Mrs T sorted a few things out and we broke free we had access, well could afford to purchase real newspaper with real news but some chose to buy the Guardian! I couldn't figure it out at first as quite a few of our number would purchase such a rag and laugh heartily whilst marking some sort of scoring system in a little, well quite big book.
