Bigger than QPR, I'm similar divisions we have had more supporters and have been more successful than.

I could say we were bigger than Fulham/Stoke etc but I'm quite unbiased and would say we aren't.

It's not just about premiership. Look at SWFC and LUFC. Both big clubs, bigger than yourselves and probably us, but not at the same level at the moment.

I was always under the impression that when you guys were discussing bigger club it had more to do with fan base and tradition. If so, then why can't a club in the Championship be declared a larger club than a Premeire League team who has a good three year run? From what I am learning and read there are a few teams in the championship bigger than some of the Premiere league clubs, not an insult just a fact.

It depends on people's opinions doesn't it? It's all very subjective.

Leeds are bigger than us, but if you went on attendances alone (like some of your supporters like to) then no, they aren't.

The overall picture would say that we are a big-ish club whom are bigger than a handful of sides in the premiership.

There are a few other sides in the CHampionship that are bigger than Premiership sides, though.

To be a big club, you have to have a following, play in a the top division. and have history.

We dont have a following, since we cant sell out.

We dont play a big league and we dont have a trophy that anyone on here has seen us lift to even make us historicly a big team.

We COULD be a big team, but we are still a few years from being that.

Leeds and Wednesday WERE big clubs. but they arent now. Wednesday are just a very very well supported team who have the most loyal fans ive ever witnessed. id love to see if Rangers kept there following if they had as many years in the wilderness as Wednesday have had.

Wigan, Stoke etc are premiership settled teams, and stoke have played european football and didnt win a semi professional welsh cup to get there.

But isn't the Championship the fourth largest league in the world? The oldest football league in the world?

i,m not a swan fan mate.i follow birmingham .i,m giving a fair and balanced view imo.birmingham are from the second city.on paper we could be massive .we are not.potential is ok ,achieving it is a different matter.even when blues were doing ok in the prem we were no more than small/medium by prem standards.i have no problems with ccfc .i,d be happy for my ccfc mates for you to go up.even if you go up the first season everyone will want a ticket.it,s the ensueing seasons that will determine what size club you are

Marshall, Kiss, Aron, Helguson, Cowie, Mason, Etien, Kim, Bellamy, McPhail, Mutch, Lewis, Parish + Lappin on loan.

11 and 1 on loan.

All are or have been internationals at senior or u21 level.

When you consider we also have 14 ENGLISH players we are doing extremely well. Those English players really don't stand a chance at senior level given England's idiotic selection process.

Wigan have 5 English players so their countries originate from countries where the selection pool is smaller such as Boyce who plays for Barbados.

Funny isn't it that these foreign players, like Kim, are more prone to feature in their international side. Oh yes, that is how these players get recognised most of the time.

You have 10 using the same criteria plus 2 on loan - they are not your players.

Fair play who ever said Aston villa are a smaller club then us has no idea of football history. They have won the European cup FFS.
