We were filling it for big games remember we got smaller ground than you our away end holds around 3k so bollocks to you roll on when we get our ground extended :D What did boro bring down :?:

For a start gypo, your average crowd the season you went up was 15,000 not 16,000, that included your local tesco's giving away tickets to go and watch you play.

if we do extend the liberty then you can debate who has the bigger crowds. As it stands your crowds are down despite the fact you suppose to have a massive fan base , and where you are in the league, we fill our stadium so we cant do more than that, once we have more seats then we can judge.

If you can't think of something to slate Cardiff you bring attendances into it  wow
:ayatollah:

You do realise that you only match our attendances because our ground at present can't actually fit any more people in don't you? :?

You do realise that you had 8,000 STs when in the championship while we have 18,000. What fdo you think willhappen when we come up this year? Thats right make you look very small.

You had the benefit of selling ST's on the back of a losing an FA cup final and god knows how many failed play off appearances.

Oh and the old "buy a season ticket in December and we promise to spend all that money in January on players despite the fact that we actually won't and even if we did has anyone given any thought to what might happen next season seeing as we have spent all the season ticket money" promotions

But the bottom line is, don't say you're getting bigger crowds than us despite the fact we're in the Premier League when the ONLY reason is because we're sold out every game. It makes you all look just a little stupid.

So we have more ST holder because we lost the FA Cup final in 2008? That makes no sense at all.

the attendance debate is so boring now.

facts are that neither of us have been massively well supported clubs over the years.

footies expensive to go to, particularly in an area like s.wales where money is a bit tight for a lot of people at the moment.

cardiff is a bigger city than us so obviously theyre going to have more fans.

if our stadium was cardiff's size, yes we'd fill it now. in the same way they would if they made prem. no real difference there.

just focus on the football. we're doing well in prem and you are doing well in championship so its a good time for all at the moment

Ther irony of a Jack coming on to a CCFC saying our crowds are poor when:-

A) despite being a league below Swansea, were still getting bigger crowds.
B) when they were in our position, (Championship & challenging for promotion) the Liberty crowds were as low as 11 & 12k.

The irony of a Jack coming on here saying our crowds are poor  We had 21,500 yesterday which yes we should have had a couple of thousand more but it's a decent crowd for the Championship when you think about it and Boro brought very few down as expected. What the Jacks fail to mention is they are only now getting 20,000 because they are in the Premiership, if they weren't they would be averaging 14/15k like they were and trying to buy supporters offering buy one ticket and get 5/6/7/8/9/10 tickets free from Tescos but they seem to forget that ;) If the Jacks were relegated and back in the Championship next season they would not average 20k it would be more 16/17k so for braindead llanellijack to come on here and tell us our crowds are poor wants to remember who he supports

You're being too kind, in the CCC they were getting 11 & 12k at times!

Funnily enough, the only game they ever sold out was us....
