Wtf? What you talking about who's faster for ffs

You said that Collins is being picked for playing regular premier league football at centre back, in regards to a slower lower league footballer who doesn't know if he's a centre back or full back. Did you not?

Ah I see. Predictive text, was meant to say lower league.

But yes I said the rest and stand by it. If Darby Blake was premier league quality then why isn't he there?

Same reason Thomas Ince, Jordan Rhodes and Wilfred Zaha aren't. Sometimes you make it, sometimes you don't

They are young players in high demand and if made available will be snapped up. Man united are planning a £5 million swoop for ince, Rhodes went to Blackburn for £6 million and zaha is wanted by wigan for £4 million.

Blake went from us to palace for 350k ffs

are you being serious here?

Blake on his day is an excellant player who can play equally play at cb or full back. He was sold for 350,000 as he didn't have a look in. Malky offered him a new contract but Blake wanted first team football.

So went to palace?

If you think he is a premier league centre back then your nuts. Or a genius that knows more than any other premier league manager of course. I hope you aren't offended at which one I'm plumping for?

The same genius who saw michael kightly at non league football, Craig noone at non league football, Ricky lambert, Grant Holt, need I continue? Just because he plays in the championship, doesn't mean that potentially he couldn't make it one day.

Meaning what exactly? I saw ronaldo play for sporting Lisbon, so did everyone else which is why he got his move.

Everyone has seen Blake, he's an international ffs... Yet he was made available and only palace wanted him. Why would we let a young, welsh prem quality defender leave for 350k I wonder? And I wonder why nobody else wanted him?

Because that was the only offer deemed acceptable, plus Blake has had his problems with drink etc so that's why he maybe wasn't targeted by a pl club. He left the club because he wanted first team football, not because the club let him go. I'm repeating myself now. What I mean in regards to him going to crystal palace, is that players of good ability don't always go to the pl straight away. The list of players I posted previously are players who had to go down a level to get back on track.

Blake cannot decide to leave. We let him go. Why? Because he couldn't get in the team.

The only club that came in for him was crystal palace and we could on,y command a fee of 350k. Since his move he's had mixed reviews from palace, most not fussed according to their forum.

Please excuse me for not agreeing with you that you are right and everyone else on the footballing world is wrong especially after you came to the conclusion joe Allen couldn't defend after "your mates told you so"

He wasnt let go, he had a year left on his contract and decided to leave as he wasn't first team football. Malky reluctantly agreed as he wasn't in his plans. I'm sorry I don't agree neither with you and your 'facts'. I'm more of a see it in person, rather than read on a website kind of person

Errr no, we let him go. He wasn't good enough to get in our team so he's gone to palace and is doing averagely at best there.

It's funny your not someone to take others views on board as you seem to assume Allen is a bad defensive player on the thought of your mates who sound like they are on day release

Your making yourself look silly now.

Gutted he is still here. How could we recover if we lose to Scotland who are worse than s**t?

Speed couldn't hack it at Sheffield utd...

No but he done a great job for Wales, Coleman hasn't hacked it anywhere and he certainly ain't f*cking hacking it for Wales!

Why did malky offer him a new contract then? Obviously he was seen as a player who was good enough for the future wasnt he.I take my friends views on board as I trust them and value their opinion. Where as a closet jack pretending to be a Cardiff fan who has mutable accounts thinks I look silly?

Because he was a decent reserve player in the championship that didn't command much in wages

My god you are a card :D

You know his wages now do you? My my, you have some thumbs in some pies don't you. He was deemed good enough for Wales last year and was immense when Dave jChips, medium egg fried rice. Chicken balls, crispy beef, 2 curry sauce. Leaving now.ones put him alongside Hudson. Then again you wouldn't know that being a jack as the stats wouldn't say that would they :D

Re: Mr Coleman -not good enough -Please GO .

Fri Oct 05, 2012 5:52 pm

No, but I have some hope that we wouldn't pay a reserve player much money.

Again you don't have to be his accountant to know he wasn't on much.

I'm still amazed you are keeping this going  darcy Blake a premiership quality centre back and joe Allen poor defensively

My god

You have an obsession with that man. :D

Although i see you have now changed it to "could" be a good prem player in the future

Good idea, let's get rid of an established prem centre back playing every week for a championship player not deemed good enough to get in our team and with a drink problem as you said.

You sound great

If he had a regular run and built confidence then he could become the player he was. He left for first team football to get back to what he was. Yes he could be, unless he got injured or something else happened. My opinion like I said. Not fact

Where as Collins is already a prem player and playing week in week out.

Who shall we choose?

And the case collapses.

He wasn't playing regularly last year for Cardiff when Wales picked him? So the case hasn't collapsed no. My opinion is my opinion, sometimes Stats dont tell you the full story
