Bellamy needs to get it together. He knew Wales needed him for these two games yet he plays twice in 4 days for City.

Why he not playing Saturday then?

Of course, I'll ignore the club representatives and the fact that we all saw Bellamy take a knock on Tuesday - to listen to a stranger on the Internet who claims to know more about a players injuries than the clubs medical staff.

When did you examine Craig's knee?

Coleman will be 'kin useless for Wales (Brian Flynn all day long for me!) and he is a cocky cnut. Now cocky cnuts I can live with.....so long as they deliver. You just have to put up with them. But as a mediocre centre half who has no great people skills to match his no great playing skills and a record I could match with Wales (lose every game), this is one cocky cnut I could do without!

BUT>>>>>>>>he is right. Like lots of time served pro's, Bellamy looks like he is cherry picking the international shirt. Wankers should be forced to join up even if not fit to influence the youngsters replacing them. I have always had the opinion that injured captains should definately be involved with squads.

You can't come back on against Brum, expect to play against Forest and bale out of Wales' squad.

I would walk on hot coals to be involved.

Bellers.....you are cnut as well!! There!

That's because your club comes first, afterall, they are the ones paying his wages not wales.

Mate ..... that is soooo wrong. It's a Fergie and England thing.

So, he shouldn't have played two games in four days for the city?? you're not trying to say that cardiff should have rested him on tuesday ready for wales next week?? bellamy is now injured, he is not playing for us on saturday, he his not picking and choosing his games, he probably would have liked to play all of them, anyway he his not definitely out of the wales games yet, just ours.

Fair enough, but if he can play twice in four days for City, then can't he do the same for Wales?

Bellamy was not injured enough on Tuesday to stop him coming back on. Malky has said 'its a little knock......don't know if he will play for Wales'.

Hardly has a leg hanging off!

His biggest surgery would be an op to take his head out of his arse. Which is what the Jack is saying.

Agreed.

He has picked up an injury.

It's not as if bellers is one to pull out for a laugh, he has been all over the world for pointless friendliest for Wales. He deserves more respect from Coleman.

Would rather have Mike Bassett as Wales manager than Coleman...

Re: ' Coleman issues Bellamy with Ultimatum '

Fri Oct 05, 2012 7:49 pm

This opinion that Coleman has failed in his past jobs has only appeared in the last few weeks...

Fulham

Coleman joined Fulham's coaching staff in October 2002 under Tigana. He later succeeded the Frenchman as caretaker manager in April 2003, and steered Fulham away from relegation danger. He was named as Fulham's permanent manager in May 2003, beating the more experienced Klaus Toppmöller and George Burley to the post, and also became the youngest manager in the Premier League.[4]
His first full season in charge saw Fulham finish a surprise ninth place, as many pundits tipped them to struggle and for Coleman to be sacked.[5] Many of Fulham's key players, such as Edwin van der Sar, Louis Saha, Steed Malbranque and Luis Boa Morte, were sold in the following years and Fulham did not repeat their earlier successes under Coleman though he kept them clear of relegation. He was sacked in April 2007, after Fulham went on a seven game winless run.[6]

Real Sociedad

Coleman moved abroad to manage recently relegated Segunda División side Real Sociedad in June 2007, after being recommended to the club by fellow Welshman and former Real Sociedad manager John Toshack.[7] He was linked with Bolton Wanderers in October 2007[8] though nothing came of it. With the club in 5th place and having only lost once in its previous eleven games, Coleman resigned as manager on 16 January 2008, citing a divergence in vision for the club with newly elected President Iñaki Badiola.[9]

[edit]Coventry City

Coleman was appointed manager of Championship side Coventry City on 19 February 2008, signing a three-and-a-half-year contract. He replaced Iain Dowie, who had been sacked by new owner Ray Ranson.[10]
On 26 August 2008, the BBC reported that Coleman was no longer interested in the international success of Wales.[11] He later denied the allegation, however, telling BBC Radio Wales' Sportstime programme, "I've got to get him [Eastwood] fit for Coventry first and foremost, that's my job. When he is fit, I'd drive him down the motorway myself if I had to for him to play for Wales. I've played for Wales myself and I preferred playing for my country than any club I've played for. I can promise you that I love Wales, I'm very patriotic and that will never change."[12] On 4 May 2010, Coleman was sacked following Coventry's 19th place finish during the 2009–10 season,[13] their lowest league finish in more than 45 years. I accept this move was a failure

[edit]Larissa

In May 2011, Coleman was appointed as manager of Greek side Larissa.[14] In January 2012, Coleman announced that because of financial troubles at the club he would be quitting from his position as manager.[15]
During His time In Greece, Coleman only lost 1 game out of 12, only conceding 3 goals and scoring 16. Due to financial and corruption difficulties the season didnt start until late 2011. During pre-season they played 20 games. winning 14, drawing 4 and losing 2. He was adored by the fans, and there were many planned riots and protests when he left citing financial difficulties as the reasons, (having not been paid for 3 months along with many of the players). In the immediate 12 games after Coleman left, Larissa lost 9 out of 12 games, drawing 2 and winning only 1.

Not bad eh?

Disgraceful that Coleman has brought this into the public which will only add more pressure.

Bellamy loves playing for Wales but nothing can change the spirit in that changing room.

He should just call it a day.. He really enjoyed his Football under Speed and it will never be the same for him.

I don't blame Coleman for pushing him into this as I would guess there would be a lot of question over his international career.

But if there is a possibility of him picking up an injury as a result of playing twice in four days then why risk missing two big qualifiers?

So you are saying Malky shouldn't play Craig last Tuesday so he could play for Wales? What bollocks! Malky or Cardiff City don't give a shit about Wales - why should they? Their priority is Cardiff City.

As it is, CB won't be playing today - he's obviously picked up a knock, which probably rules him out for Wales.

Having a go at a player for picking up an injury? Jesus...
