of course he does.new country etc.tbh he is quite lucky atm due to your good start and squad depth.if you,d started poorly and had loads of injuries he may have had to play more and if he wasn,t ready it could have killed him.after christmas,maybe even feb/march and you,ll know if he can cut it or not.no reason to think he cannot make a good go of it imo
