He seems to have lost his way in the last few years sadly. Didn't look the imposing figure today he was when he was with us.

overated luke.big time charlie.a lot of wolves fans have no time for him.a lot of blues think the same.the general belief is scott dann was the better of the pairing at blues.r.j never looked as good when dann was out injured

Funny enough when he was here he never looked the same player when he played with Darren Purse.
He was excellent with Loovens though.
He always thought a lot of himself. I certainly wouldn't swap him for turner

Turner has been an excellent signing for us and still at a very good age for a CB.

talk to blues and wolves fans.when he left blues when he was part of the team that got us relegated he thought he would be getting a move south to a london club.only wolves came in for him.believe me,wolves fans thought he was utter garbage last season and didn,t rate his attitude one bit.turned up for training stinking of booze and had to be sent home

Would have him back in a heartbeat! :ayatollah:

me too, in 2010 i thought he had an outside chance of going to the world cup. just needs a club that will appreciate him and give him a bit of confidence. :ayatollah: remember being at boro for the fa cup quarter final, he was awesome that day. city legend no prob. :ayatollah:

Ex Bluebird does the ayatollah and all of a sudden he's a legend? Oh dear.

Johnson was decent 4 years ago but he's shown over the past few seasons that he's lost his edge. I wouldn't take him back. Fair play for doing the ayotollah but let's not get too sentimental. We need better than him now. :ayatollah:

He left like a lot of other players, i.e. to raise funds to keep the club going.Look at all the best players in our league and count how many are rom City.

He was a great ambassador for Cardiff City. Since he left he has gone down hill. But to us he will always be special. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: Roger Johnson

nukes first season at blues he was very good.started to get over hyped though.always looked better when dann played.last season at blues he was ok but again when scott dann was injured he looked ordinary.i said last year when he left we,d see if he and the others were any good when they have to defend with less than 10 men behind the ball ala mcliesh.wolves played a more exspansive game than us (even though the players were no better) and this meant r.j was exsposed more.get,s done down the side too often.if he can head and kick it clear he is in his element.
