Shut up . Considering you're pretending to be elderly I've met Alzheimer's patients with more football knowledge than you. Personally i backed Dave Jones to the hilt, but to keep up this charade of yours i still can't work out if you're Roath Magic ( the fake Jack account who actually said he'd met you in a thread) but you're definitely a phoney. The many Cardiff fans who wanted Dave Jones gone will NOT be regretting anything as you say - or at least they shouldn't be . The side he inherited from Gary Megson were already well in the title race when DJ took over and Sheffield Wednesday have a brilliant support fit for the top flight and has excellent backers at Hillsborough, but you're basing it on just 16 games he's been there, and only three in the championship. A typical knee-jerk reaction of your below- average football fan
As for Malky, with the signings he's made this close season the honeymoon period is definitely over, but on a threadbare squad in his FIRST SEASON took us to a major cup final and the playoffs. Was it his fault that Miller missed that sitter in the last five minutes at Wembley? or was it Malkys fault that we only converted one of THIRTY chances v Crystal Palace at the CCS in the semi final? We were a kunt hair from getting into Europe with a threadbare squad. I agree he deserves certain criticism but the constant sniping from the same predictable posters who moan about EVERYTHING. The same people who delude themselves that Ninian Park was a welsh Bombonera every two weeks. It wasn't and we've progressed as a club on and off the pitch since. I really should pack these boards in. The CCMB hasn't had a thread on there for months without a red v blue argument breaking out and this place is full of the knee-jerking Soccer Am generation football fans i despise. WHEN DO WE WANT IT? NOW!!!! or its polluted by scumbag Jacks who are akin to the local junkie that got six numbers on the lottery and/or Internet trolls who have no life away from their computers
If only there was a way to filter the pricks from the boards. That would be a billion dollar invention!!!!!

Malky has the financial backing and the backing of most of the fans. I am backing him I just haven't got my head in the sand like you. I couldn't care less about getting to the premiership I want Cardiff to play attractive football with a few local boys in a great atmosphere, sadly we fail on all three accounts. You are the type of fan I despise, head stuck up both the managers, fans leaders and Malaysians arse. You are sadly yet to realise that following your team is more about just getting to the premiership.
Like I said Malky's got 10 games, he did a great job first season but maybe he's out of his depth. A good manager to keep teams up and fighting beyond their means but not the right candidate for a promotion chasing side, that is my opinion, object if you wish but please do not insult me.
You started well enough there but soon reverted to type. Personally i haven't missed ONE season following Cardiff City since i was allowed to travel without any parental guidance almost 30 years ago - so please don't get me confused with the tag"plastic"you enjoy regurgitating at every opportunity - I've been everywhere with City four times over. I too was a fan of Dave Jones and as someone posted above earlier that if he had the chance of the Malaysians full backing/if we kept Roger Johnson/had Aaron Ramsey for more than the month of January (delete as applicable) then we might be a top flight club by now. To say he's a success at Sheffield Wednesday and to class Malky a failure is extremely knee jerk though and for someone in their autumn years as you purport shows a naivety way younger than your supposed years!

No.
By this point, Malky had already taken us to a cup final and the play-offs in his first season.
If you're comparing to Slade to Malky, then Slade hasn't achieved anything near what Malky achieved. Slade has been with us over a year and what has he actually done?
Slade will never be anywhere close to Malky's level as a manager, or even as a person.
and why would Slade would want to be at Malky's level as a person a racist?

Very true, Slade comes across a decent person.
Both awful managers.

Malky is not a racist.
He made jokes that many would make down the pub, just being light-hearted.
Anyone who thinks Malky is genuinely prejudice against certain races is an idiot.

I'll stick my neck out and say Slade would take us up if he had a 12 million pound budget.

Neil, lets see what Slade achieves? he's been here now well over a year and brought in 15 players.
Neil, out of curiosity, you keep slating Malky 24/7, how many actual live games did you actually watch of his? as his record speaks for itself![]()

Also under Malky crowds off 20,000-27,000 during his time.
Under Slade gone down from 22,000 to 13,000.

I hardly slate him 24/7. I'm pointing out that people thought his football was dire. I know the crowds were higher that's my point mate. As we were winning the crowds were up despite the dire football. Plus Malky benefitted from follow on from playoff finals, cup finals which helped sell season tickets.

Fact Malky's record speaks for itself, Slade's record doesn't, when he gets us to Cup Final or even promotion then he will talked about as highly as Malky, can't see it happening though but football is a funny old game so never say never, on a positive note for Slade, looks like he got a good striker at last Tony Watt, lets hope he can keep him

Nei, Why your obssesion against him then? No matter what anyone says, you have to be honest his record/facts speaks for itself in what he achieved in 3 years, no other City manager has ever achieved so much in the last 52 years.![]()

Slade is an average championship manager, on a very limited budget and has you a place off the play off positions coming up to the Christmas period. Not bad at all really especially as unlike when other Managers were in position the owner of the club is shall we say less interested.
Malky was an average manager who was given the bucks to spend and invest into buying a premier leauge spot. That's exactly what he did. Cardiff City with Mackay as Manager bought a premier spot, 95% of clubs can do the same if they have the right backer with the lolly.
As for Cup Finals.............. all simply depends how your luck runs and the fixtures you get dealt.
