im quite suprised to hear that it could be less than 500k... that a bargain for palace to be honest, especially as he is an international player and very versatile..

I think Darcy has the ability to become a top class player, whether he has the self discipline to achieve that I have my doubts.

Citygent broke the story so we will wait for further developements There definately should be clauses in there in my opinion.

The lack of welsh players in and around the first team worries me. I'd take getting promoted with no welsh players playing for us all season but it is nice to see when players such as Darcy and Bellers are out on the pitch.

Connolly is a very good signing and QPR fans rate him very highly. He is still young and a very versatile player and will definitely strengthen our squad.

It will be sad to see if Darcy does leave because he's still young and a great player to have in our squad as he can play a number of positions. Malky knows what he's doing though!

Hopefully Darcy will go on and have a decent career at Palace - could be a good move to kick start his career and build on his impressive start to his international career.

Palace have got a bargain, I am disappointed that he is leaving as he can play anywhere across the back & in midfeld. Never really given a chance at City by Jones or Mackay

I couldnt agree more ..... on his day Id have Darcy in the City team ahead of Kev at fullback or Hudson at centre back but Malky is the boss and he knows best Im sure , best of luck to him at Palace . And for those who doubt think back to Eng v Wales at Wembley when he marked Rooney out of the game
