What sort of welcome will dave jones get

He set us on our path but predictably it'll be boos etc

I don't think he will, I have faith. It clear to see we improved year on year with him.

i dont think we will see him the temptation to play another round of golf down the vale will be to much for him and his assistant will be at the game instead.

because it was well known he spent most of his time on the golf course while terry burton took training. It was a criticism levelled at him by craig in his season here. Prior to the fateful middlesboro game the players had 4 consecutive days off whilst he hit the vale every day

I met Dave Jones once and he did seem to be be a bit chippy but given his history he was bound to be a little scarred.
Whatever his managerial style it's difficult to argue that we didn't have relative success in his time but in the end he always failed the big test.
To me the Middlesborough game revelations (his golfing and the player antics) show that he was to a a degree unprofessional and at that point way past his sell-by date.
No applause from me, no boos either but by God I want us to beat his team.

I dislike the man as much as he dislikes Cardiff. With the squad we'd assembled that season I will never forgive him, we should have gone up automatically. Unfortunately once you have players who don't respect the manager we were always destined to feck it up. The players out on the piss before important games showed exactly what they thought of the Manager. You earn respect and obviously he did not

Dave Jones was the best manager this club has had since Jimmy Scoular - worked miracles considering the financial mess the club was in

We improved each season he was with us even though he had to sell his best players & rebuild each season -
