Yes we got a good team and a good manager but would you bet your house on us going up this season or even next. Gwyn you said come January if the debt has not been sorted you will be first over the wall and behind you in there bright red shirts are big Sam and Macca with your tin hats on. Will this still be the case ? Would rather climb that wall together instead of me being already on the other side facing you lot

NO, you got this wrong again, I said let's give them chance to fulfill their promises, and if we find out they are shafting us, I'll be the first over the fence and that still stands, if we find out they have a plan to rip us off, they got to get it both barrels, but so far they doing pretty much all they promised, as long as they keep moving forward, dealing with things in a structured way, then surely we should all be happy.

DO you think that they are here to asset strip, because all I see is long term plans to make our club sustainable, the Prtemiership and promotion this year or next is irrelevant in my eys, if the club is sustainable, and progressing then if we deserve it, promotion will come, but for now I'm happy to still be in busines and have some hope and ambition. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

THE RED CAMP, who the f*cking hell is in the red camp, isn't it wearing thin now, how many times do you have to read no one wants red, there is no red camp, no red lovers, just a lot of Cardiff fans who will reluctantly accept what is best for the club they love, not what suits them as individuals , but what is best for the club. Sometimes in life we have to make sacrifices and to many of us, this is one..
As for debt free, yes none of us want to see us owing the tax man, other clubs, local firms, players wages etc, and that is happening already, the deal with Langston can not be sorted by one party and needs both to agree, we can only hope it happens but are helpless to do anything coz its not in our hands,

But even when this is all done, do you think we will own the club or VT, coz at the end of the day, he may own the club, but he will want a few hundred million to sell it, we will always be in debt to who ever own us, like it or not, it's mot our club, it's the owners, end of. Step forward if you got the money to buy it, because there was no big rush before tha Malaysians saved us.

The level of debt stands easy with you Gwyn but for a lot of us we see it as a death sentance. And if we dont get promoted we are done for.

Who is the red camp ? I suppose those that rushed out to buy a spanking new red shirt. Doing that wont help us get our blue back will it. In fact that isnt excepting it  it is embracing it  Its i love it.

Why is it a death sentence, it's VT's debt and he can afford to carry that, in fact he's more than likely well and truly allowed for it, I love it that our fans that work as taxi drivers, window cleaners, carpenters etc etc seem to think we know about handling debt better than a billionaire business man who employs 150,000 people, and why are we done for if we don't get promoted, I'm sure it's planned to get there but who says it has to be this year or next year, it's all about building and putting things in place for a sustainable future, and as I keep saying, if we do go bust, the let's go bust for a hundred million rather than one million.

It's supporting the club, you go on about the increasing debt, then you complain when fans support the club with the revenue they need, now surely you can see that is a bit of a catch 22, WE GOT TOO MUCH DEBT SO LET'S DECREASE THE REVENUE, that will help.At the moment the club most of us love are playing in red, some people see themselves as supporting the club, not the colour of the shirt, to them the club is about far more than a primary colour, and what is your master plan to get our blue shirts back, by denying a billionaire a few thousand pounds.

As for debt free, yes none of us want to see us owing the tax man, other clubs, local firms, players wages etc, and that is happening already, the deal with Langston can not be sorted by one party and needs both to agree, we can only hope it happens but are helpless to do anything coz its not in our hands,

i think youve spoken sense in every answer there gywn. To be honest though its all getting tiresome, the season starts friday, well tuesday and we are talking about a chairman thats just put his hand in his pocket over and over again. Shall we all go back to Riverside FC and that badge! Or are we all "plastics" now since we werent around then and support Cardiff City not Riverside. Just because we werent around when it happened then suddenly its ok to forget about that bit? Hypocrites at there finest, they think its there toy thats been taken out of the pram, when its not come red or blue its VTs toy, and none of us are big enough to buy it off him!

Forever Blue wrote:Has any football club got a divine right to success ?

For 40 years I have followed our beloved Bluebirds and watched them for 9 years in Division 4, when many say they were there yet our home crowds were were as low as 1,500 and our away support was as low as 11 fans, so u do get to remember the faces.
I am not having a go at any fans for not being there, everyone has a reason, some were not even born.

The last 12 years in my opinion has been nothing but success compared to the old days ,it's been a dream come true on the pitch, 4 Wembley appearances and to think I would of accepted 1
The problem is sometimes success can come at a price if you over spend and we all get carried away with this, in the past we have nearly gone under on numerous occasions .

There are many many clubs who have spent their entire lives in the lower divisions, their fans are together and united as one.
There are some who say we deserve to be in the top flight and deserve success more than most clubs ?

My personal opinion is that u earn success on your own Merritt and u deserve to be where u are.

How can us fans finally unite ?

On the field of play, I can not see a problem, we should all get behind our team, they are playing for us. :ayatollah:

Off the field I can't accept this rebranding and will never accept it and that's my divine right and belief, I should be respected for it and so should others. Yet sadly some City fans have intimidated, threatened, belittled and made some of the fans who still believe in us being Blue feel very uncomfortable on forums and even at meetings. If City fans still want to wear their Blue shirts this season, then they should be totally respected for it, surely ?

I am over the moon with our signings so far, but as we know they came at a price, our identity.
I believe most fans accepted the rebranding, believing we wiill be debt free, this needs to happen now, not later as our debts are mounting daily, at this current moment they are near £90 mill, call me negative, but surely all our fans should take notice of this ?

I believe more fans will believe and respect Tan, the day he makes us debt free. :ayatollah:

I will be there on Friday night to watch u play Huddersfield and cheering us on. :ayatollah:

Annis will you still be travelling to as many away games this season
