WHAT IS MISSING ?

Not sure how good Nugent has been at LB?

Personally id bring in a RB and if needed move Kev over to LB

I still think we need another striker and to lose Earnie

An experienced defender and a youngster.. not on loan though.

I would say another striker such as a experienced target man who will get you 15 to 20 goals a season or if not first choice coming off the bench who can influence the game. Players like these are hard to find but in the mould more recently of a Kevin Phillips or Jason Roberts.

Can see the likes of Ralls and Harris and some of the youngsters going out on loan early season and if playing well drafted back into the squad for the second part of the season.

Would take Liam Lawrence as an addition to the squad. Then look for two defenders a centre back and a versatile full back and can see both of these being on a short term loan deals.

To assist these moves I would move on Earnie, Keinnan,Blake and Taiwo
