How ever, the employees could be slagging off a fellow colleague or customer etc.

You really don't get it, do you? I think you mean by 'they' the English and by 'us' or 'our' the Welsh. Just bear in mind that in today's United Kingdom you're allowed to speak whatever language you like, whether it's Welsh, Scottish Gaelic, Cornish, Russian or Swahili.

In fact, because of people like you, moaning on about historic faillures and presenting it as an excuse for your narrow-minded bigotry, Britain is becoming less of a pleasant place. Because of the 'guilt' current generations feel, you cannot debate some problems openly without being called a racist. The UK, a fine and diverse liberal democracy in which peoples of all faiths, colours and backgrounds are accepted, is becoming more and more dominated by a very radical and aggresive form of Islam. A place that celebrated diversity on all levels is becoming less tolerant because the intolerant are being tolerated.

Why do people like you keep on moaning about events in the past, but wouldn't you see that a militant form of intolerance is gaining ground in your country.

1. Welsh is not an official language in Wales.
2. I do not receive utility bills, bank, post office etc correspondence in my first language.
3. Yes I speak my language like many others but our languages have no status whatsoever.
4. Your views on views on Islam worry me...
5. You obviously have no idea what it is like to live like a second class citizen in your own country.
6. You cannot escape from the past, it happened, it is what makes us. Without our past we have no future.
