I am blue through and through and always will be but I will not let this rebranding get in the way of my love and support for my club, Cardiff City the Bluebirds.
I never wear colours to away matches but at FGR I will be wearing my blue shirt with pride.

Why is people making peaceful protest against the change of kit mutually exclusive from fully supporting the team?

I will have no problem in doing both at every game and the vast majority of those who I have spoken to who advise me they are in the KCB group also don`t seem to think the two things clash.

The players will get full support for 90 minutes as Bluebirds but they are hardly going to be upset by fans wearing Blue shirts and making it clear they don`t like the red shirts (rather than the players wearing them). Every member of the press I have spoken to say that privately neither Malky nor the players understand the reasons for the rebranding, but can hardly say so in public. The likes of Annis and Carl can confirm this, from their own conversations with people at the club.

i wear all my cardiff shirts with pride, its the name cardiff city fc thats my pride and joy, not the colour, always wearing my shirts from last season, blue with my name, black and yellow with gunnarson and the white just plain, its cardiff city fc no matter what colour we play at HOME, we are still blue away from home, surely blue away could symbolise taking the blue army on the road this season with force

No-one objected or threatened people who were flying Ridsdale Out banners during games. Did that disrupt the team? What the hell has got into our supporters and why does anyone have the right to tell a fellow fan that he can't protest about this however he chooses?

HATE that we have been hoodwinked and bribed into playing in red. I honestly would rather be back playing in league 3 in blue than in the championship in red. The Premier league is not the promised land and the mecca of football that everyone has made it out to be.... Saying that now the decision has been made I will support city whatever colour we are playing in BUT I reserve the right to wear blue and demonstrate as I see fit, not to the deteriment to the trram or other city fans. I find it offensive that people are trying to bully pro-blue supporters into silence. THAT is not what being a city fan is about.

Good post Annis. Can't make Forest Green, but plan to go to Cheltenham. Looking forward to the season now. It will be strange. I will never be happy with anything other than a blue home kit, but will be 100% behind the players and football management. We still have the right to our opinions, as we always did, but once the football starts, its full support to the team. Time for us to deliver our support, as the club asks, but time for them to deliver too.We have put up with a lot this summer.

Just bought some nice new Blue tops for next season. I might be in favour of the rebrand/investment but come matchday I revert to type
