I suggest that after taking a look at the squads of Leicester, Bolton and wolves alone you will see we aren't strong enough with or without kimbo. I'd also suggest if it has been well documented that kimbo is available for £2.4m and he was any good... Don't you think someone better than us would have taken a punt?
Just a suggestion.

Everybody in football now knows they can get him for £2.5 mill and 18k a week.... Why is it then that with a premier league player singing his praises... Why is it that only we are in for him? Why is nobody else trying to hijack the deal considering the fact it's completely public and dragging on..
So you're trying to say that because it's man utd is ok? Man utd have made plenty of transfter disasters in my time so that doesn't change the situation at all. There were other clubs in for him and he decided on Cardiff as he didnt want to jump in at the deep end. It's his first club in europe, different culture etc so he wants to work up from there. A lot of players have done what he wants to do so 'premier league' clubs wouldn't bid as they know what he wants to do
I'm saying if it's clear to all in world football that kimbo is available for £2.5m then how come the biggest British club that's interested is a championship club? It's not a matter of him not wanting to jump in at the deep end in English football, he didn't have a choice. We are clearly the only English club that want him.

Yet Leicester were in this division all last season and spent a fortune, and finished below us. But
for all the big talk by Sven. The players he attracted to Leicester MUST have been sub-standard,
or they wouldnt be playing in the Championship. If Cardiffs signings are sub-standard, because

Hi again. My posts regarding the finances were based on an incredible education, these posts helped find the fact we are paying 3% of income to wages which suggests in the interest of trying to run a sound business then any extra signings are going to be a burden to our financial position let alone making kimbo one of the highest paid permanent players in our history.
Today a thread, this thread, suggested that without him we don't look good enough. I simply made the point that we don't know we will be good enough with him considering none of us have seen him, nobody seems to want to come in for him other than us and he's spent his whole career in an awful league.
Celtic are barely a big side these days, they play in the equivelant of league 1 with he likes of Craig Beattie shining. The fact he said it won't be his oly club in Europe suggests what exactly? We weren't Eddie johnsons only club in Europe either.
The highest profile signing in wales is without a doubt that of Michu. 15 goals in la liga last year with interest from man united and Liverpool, it's embarrassing you would even try and dispute that.
Hope this helps?
