Thats my point, surely he'd be a better number 2 to Petr Cech than Ross Turnbull or Hilario aswell!
I'm not for one second saying he's good enough to be a number 1 at any of the clubs I've mentioned but he's a good reliable keeper who proved last season he can come into the team with minimal game time but still do a solid job!

Yes he is
Pantilimon has height going for him and size as the largest player in England, but he's slower and doesn't command as well as Heaton.

Pantilimon has height going for him and size as the largest player in England, but he's slower and doesn't command as well as Heaton.
Wouldn't say he's better than Lindegaard, but much better than Amos or Kusczak
