Who did the business plan for Sam ?
Who also was responsible for the drawings/architects and getting everything done ?
And who do they work for now ?

annis i dont know the answer to any of those questions but regardless of business plans sam did not have the funding available.

he could not get the stadium due to his personal arguments with Rodney Bernman, leader of Cardiff Council. Sam was not smart in his dealings with the council. Paul Guy and the Riddler had done a number on him and were waiting in the wings and bang they took the club, but made fortunes out of us, but never paying debts off or many future debts made by the Riddler.

In which case I'm glad they did a number on him because without a new stadium the club was completely fecked.
Perhaps it's a shame that Sam got done over, but he spent all that money and as you admitted in your post, couldn't deliver the stadium. If he couldn't deliver what he set out to do then that's his own fault. Business is a ruthless world.

I'm not glad anyone does any number on anyone.
But yes it is Sams own fault, by getting carried away, making to many mistakes and your right Business is a ruthless world.

It was a perfect storm unfortunately for Sam Hammam. He was up against a vindictive Council Leader, a selfish turncoat and a ruthless businessman who was based on his own patch and knew how to manipulate his contacts.
