win each continental comp, using players from only the country you're in, start each country in the lowest possible division.

Start unemployed with sunday league reputation

You've got to love FM transfers.

I just went on Ledley's profile because I was considering signing if if I get promoted and he's playing for Athletico Madrid and had an £8.25million transfer.

as for editor, i always do it, i sometimes add a 3rd kit for cup competitions ect, so next season HOME SHALL BE BLUE, AND THE MALAYSIANS WILL BE GONE

I will be definitely doing the editor for next seasons FM13. I have already decided I will be renaming us Franchise FC and change our nickname to The Sellouts. I will then create a new club called Cardiff City nicknamed the Bluebirds playing in blue with the Bluebird on the badge. I will start in the bottom division, call the stadium Ninian Park and basically try and create the club we once was who I initially fell in love with and try and rise from the bottom all the way to the top. It should be an exciting challenge that I'm looking forward to already. :)

Sorry to ruin your lives but Football Manager isn't real and you will never be a manager no matter how many FM promotions you put on your CV.

You need to get out more that's all. I'm guessing you're a teen? Well if you're not then a little advice, get out more, you're not a teen forever, it's all about going out with your mates, shagging birds (if you're that naughty). But you will soon realise how quick your life has gone when you reach my age, or even when you reach 30. You will soon want your youth back, but it's not happening.

Won championship first season, won FA cup and got to 5th in Prem the following season, the season after that reached 6th got knocked out of the group stage of the Europa League and took Wales to a World cup quarter final knock out by Italy on a pen shoot out!!!!!!!!!

I basically play a Kevin Keegan type attacking formation which does leak goals but always finish the divisions top scorers even in the Prem. Its a 4-1-2-2-1 with wingers who double up as inside forwards. Miller, Gerrard, Blake, Kev, Whitts and in particular Conway have been amazing I pretty much flogged the rest.

Best signings

Boaz Myhill
Toby Alderweireld
Bertand Sauvage
Andile Jali
Andy King
Leigh Griffiths
Jody Van Den Berg

Tried everything to buy Bellamy without success he has now retired, Ramsey is amazing for Arsenal and Wales, have signed Ledley and Matthews too but have been either awesome or anonymous.

Tony Coton has been amazing as my number 2.

If only this was the real thing! Kenny Miller scoring goals for fun!!!! :ayatollah:

Andile Jali is amazing. I missed out on him when he was young and signed him when he was 26 for £19.5 million.

He's been my Yaya Toure. Wouldn't have won all those premier league titles without him.

He's 33 now on my save and I've tried replacing him but even players that are technically better don't do the same work that he does.

I tried signing him for Cardiff on a new save but he always goes to a prem side. Quite often Swansea ¬¬

Currently on my first season as Wigan manager, won the Carling cup but I am sitting 2nd from bottom and its looking like relegation is on the cards if my team keeps playing the way it is.

Any tips?

Oh and buy Karim Ait Fana, hes playing well in his first season, but on another save with watford he is amazing in his second season. :ayatollah:

I just started a new game as huddersfield, any good league 1 players I should know about??

Re: FM 12

Thu Jun 21, 2012 9:58 pm

I've started a pentagon challenge. Have to win each continental competition ( Champions league, Copa Libertadores etc ), with only players from the country you're managing in. Oh and you have to start unemployed and get a job in the lowest league in that country. Solid.

Image

I'm at Dallas. That didn't involve me, but it was amazing.

On the Pentagon, I'm top of the MLS, 4 points clear, trying to clear out the foreigners, as dangerously nationalistic as that sounds

Gavlar wrote:I just started a new game as huddersfield, any good league 1 players I should know about??

Try and get Adam Reach from Middlesbrough reserves, i'm playing as Torquay in League 1 and he is immense as a left winger. If you need a decent left back Lee Hills from Crystal Palace for roughly £50k, he's 21 years old as well so a good one for the future. John Mousinho and Eunan O'Kane are also ok in centre midfield. O'Kane chips in with plenty of assists, also 21 years old.

These players are ok if you are aiming for the playoffs, but you'll need more if your going for it. I recommend looking at Adam Reach though, the potential on the kid is amazing (You can also loan him and pay his full wages £150 P/W)

If anyone else knows any other League 1 players I'd love some help, struggling for form in mid-december at the moment :(

Although I had a good first 3 months in charge one time, then Marshall was out for the season and Heaton couldn't save a thing so I almost missed out on playoffs.

Yea i get you. ive been using the loan market tbh as thats all the malaysians will give me ive spent my 750k budget so scouting about for freebies. although ive had a major backroom staff clear out and downloaded some new formation/tactics offline to import so trying diffrent things out atm only had the game a week odd as my championship manager had run its course and bet taken a hammering over the years

If you wnat to get rid of the Malaysians then you just ahve to convinvce them to buy the stadium.

Once that's doen there'll be a new £30 million debt in the club and TG with bugger off leaving Steve Borley in charge. He's even tighter but somehow has £60 million lying around to invest in the club every season.

Already on to that asked the board in chat option, they said they would sort if by june 2012 so dunno how it works but wait and see, where does borely get 60million from

Langstone.
