Carl what has happens to you, I mostly agree with your views, but all of a sudden it's, let's not use all of the budget for players let's pay Langstone sooner ???

Let's not buy our own state of the art training facility, that Malky wants to improve the cLub and have enough pitches for the younger players to mix with the first term and understand the club culture and prepare them for first team action, let's make the Vale owners even richer by paying more rent for years, let's pay the debts sooner :?: :?:

You are normally everything for

If we don't have to pay rent that will improve the books and enable us to have more to spend when the fair play rules come in.

I understand the debt has to go for the full takover but it will be delt with when they are ready, anything VT saves by playing hardball will be good for the club.....

Do it this way and we'll save money, get better facilities and can pay off debt! :ayatollah:

Of course he fooking would, it's more profits

Club owner offers to buy us our own pitches and state of the art facility, no let's rent one and pay more?

It might have been "world class" 4 years ago but the riddler was always good at propaganda
The 3G I phone was world class in 2008, pretty obsolete now. Things advance, needs change over time.
I'd much rather the club had its own facilities to fill its needs and have another asset.

Its because Malky wants everyone from U18's to the Senior Team all on one site!

Instead of paying what? £200,000 a year? We could just build our own Facilities.

Pay £250k this year Elliott and keep £9.75million in the bank (or better still settle some more of the debt).

Hmm I suppose so. As I said, our main priority SHOULD be clearing the debt before improving facilities and going for promotion but hey ho, it's their choice I suppose.

Clear the debt, that of Langston, PMG, Ranson and the Malaysians should definitely be the priority.

Isn't that what they said they were going to do...as well as build the new training ground, extend the stadium and give money to Malky? Know what you mean though about the immediate need to spend £10m on a training ground. If they turn the debt into equity, as promised, I'd rather the £10m be spent on good quality players to "ensure" that we go up this season.
As regards the debt to equity thing, VT didn't mention this in his latest statement....is there anything we can do as fans to ask the question about when this is going to happen? I think we'd all breathe easier if we had a date when we knew this was going to happen. :ayatollah:
