Annis, the Malaysians have said that red is the only way forward... Ok I'm not over the moon about it but change is necessary. The Club will be here long after you've passed on to the Majorca in the the sky. The question I keep asking you is this:

We turf out the Malaysians, what do we do then, what is your plan? You sound like a politician, you have a go at the opposite party but have no detailed plan yourself.... Come on you're better than that....

I am allowed to vent my feelings and after 40 consecutive years of being a season ticket holder, I am not just going to lie down and roll over in a week or so. By the way, yes I am moving to Majorca in 3 years, but I was going to come home every other week, only 2hrs flight, quicker than going to Blackpool, the way things are going, your right I might just stay in the Sun.
I am hurting by all this.
The first thing I would of done was to try and stop us losing money, its been over 2 years now and its increasing our loses.
They have not told us why we have to be stripped naked, just told us we have to be, we deserve an explanation at least.

I'm not having a go at you! I can't see an alternative, I just think that if we were on the verge of liquidation your outlook would be totally different, its easy to have a go when we have the cash.

Ok :ayatollah:
Why I dont trust them is this, they have already told at least 4 out right lies and they have not converted the money they promised they would do over a year ago in to shares. They are lending us the money and they have not come up with anything so far as how to stop us losing money. The debt is rising under them fast and now this with our colour and badge without an explanation.

Can you list the 4+ out right lies that have turned you against them so much. I just want to be able to understand how you interpret them as being out and out liars. I would also be interested in how you believe the should have managed to stop the losses after Risdale had given away so many income streams e.g, catering, the Premier Club, increased season tickets etc. We could have also sold our star player for £5m for the past 2 seasons but other than then what did you expect him to do exactly. Yes possibly he gambled on us achieving promotion and failed so he is now proposing turning the debt that has accrued into equity. It seems to me that your expecting him to do it before Langston is sorted and then within days. What has changed other than the red shirt/badge decision exactly that has completely changed your opinion now to a few weeks ago?

1 Forensic Scientists on Langston, never happened.
2 We will never let Sam back in to Cardiff City etc, now he has been invited as Honoury President.
3 A year ago at the Shareholders meeting said they were putting their loans in to Shares and thats why they had made more shares available at that meeting, never happened.
4 Over 2 weeks ago they said Cardiff City will continue and remain as they are, then last week, all change again.

If we sell a player the money goes direct to Ray Ranson a fact, we dont see a penny, thats why we dont sell. On this one,the Riddler did that contract.

I think you have hit the proverbial 'nail on the head' there. Sounds like a very forced statement.

Annis I don't wish to have a go at you as I believe your genuinely concerned but please consider the following and then tell us all once again that you consider VT and TG to be out and out liars.

1 Was it VT or TG who stated that they were employing Forensic Scientists? Please could you confirm which one it was and where it was published. I remember reading it on here and even in the papers but can't recall any of the Malaysians stating it. Can you tell me which of VTs lawyers told YOU categorically that they never checked out Langstone on behalf of VT as you are stating?
2 Was it VT or TG who stated this and where was it published. I suspect they would never have said such a thing and had they indicated it without actually stating it, don't you think the meaning related to him having any control or major shares in the Club. As Honoury President, Sam will have no control over the club whatsoever. Can you honestly tell me that you do not feel that the title to be a reasonable compromise to ending the Langston mess if it Sam was insistent on it?
3 Did they ever state by which date they would be putting their loans into shares? Has it not been argued by finanical experts such as Since62 that it would not make commercial sense for VT to become overall controller of the club whilst the uncertainty about the debts the club truly owned and that the mysteries about the Langston debt e.g. who are they, what amount is actually owed remained. The statements that have been issued, which were emphasised at the meetings I believe you attended, stated quite clearly that the conversion of debt to shares would happen only after agreement had been reached on the Langston debt. Are you suggesting that agreement was reached with Langston ages ago making the Malaysians liars?
4 Three weeks they said at a meeting I believe you attended that we would be in red and the badge would be changed and this was not negotiable. They then, as you have said, on the back of fan uproar and personal abuse issued a statement stating that in view of the fans clear wish to stay blue that they would remain at the club but the proposed investment would not be as substantial as originally planned and new investors would be needed. Your reaction then was not to call them liars for changing their minds but to THANK them for their change of plans. As time went by and it became evident that the majority of fans were prepared to live with the change to red, after taking time to consider their options, they decided to go ahead with their original plans. Your were never going to be happy with the change back but whilst the majority were this time THANKING them for the change back you feel justified now in calling them liars??

Honestly Annis I just cannot understand how you are so quick to change your views on people. Perhaps you feel deeply suspicious of football owners full stop as a result of what happened during Sam's reign. Personally if think we should all wait until the Langston debt is sorted before we start attacking people who have invested a lot of money and time in the club we all love

oh come on, I think that's going too far - do you really think Malky is that much of a wimp?

it's highly likely that he could have got the Norwich job if he'd wanted it - he's a Manager in demand, not someone who has to do his master's bidding.
