Dont think your going to be missed as we need to get shot as soon as possible these supposedly loyal fans who keep harping on about how they will never step into the Stadium again if Cardiff change the colour of their strip,we dont need these spectators ( cant even bring myself to call them fans anymore ) and anyways we are going to need the as much space in the Stadium as we can muster to accomadate the thousands of extra supporters who will come in their droves to watch CARDIFF achieve their dream of attaining Premier fooball i got a funny feeling though like a few other disillusioned fans who dont understand the dynamics of running a football club these days you will skulk back when it suits you probably around the time we are vying for the Premiership or playing in the Premiership which will give yourself and all the other sycophants a whole salad season to get over your Narcissism.

Like others T-G-I-ROBINFRIDAY I think you are being a bit harsh on BW&Y as he is entitled to his opinion. That said you are absolutely correct in saying that success will cancel out any walk away supporters.
For my part I have lost count of how many times I have vowed never to buy a season ticket again after some abject performance (espeically if it was rainning and cold) only to sulk back bang on time for the next game.

Bit harsh T-G-I
Blue, White & Yellow IS a fan and therefore ENTITLED to his view.
A lot of fans remember the 2500 crowds and no-one wanting to be seen dead following cardiff - we were a minority - tagged by the media as hooligans in a counry dominated by egg media.
We stuck together then and we are trying to stick together now mate.
We've seen us grow again and the play-off to the championship was massive.
we've already lost some good guys as we have dealt with:-
- moving from ninian
- st davids cross - came in and went
- no standing at the CCS, and mates that are divided by a seating plan
- stewards/cameras - shite treatment for away games
- threats of administration and going bust
I hope we dont lose one fan over this
You are my Cardiff, my only Cardiff

Trouble is Tony if you did not want to renew cos its cold or wet then next time it may be sunny and dry. If you did not want to renew because of a poor performance then they may play better next time.If we play in red with a dragon logo then I think that this may be permanent.

Not a true supporter then. It's the club we support through good times and almost all of my City supporting life the bad times. It's not the colour of the shirt we support. Fans like you will not be missed.

Then your not really a fan of Cardiff City if you turn your back on them
I'm not more or less than a fan than you are. I just have a different opinion than you like Iv said to other posters. Don't shoot me down over it.
Just how can you be a true fan if you turn your back on the club?
I'm not even going to bother to answer as no matter what I say I'm just going to get stick over it. I'll keep my opinions to myself from now on.

You need to plan long term. Tan and Co are laying the foundations so that we're ready when we get there.

what a pathetic statement. Sorry if im not up to your idealistic calibre of fan but to some of us, identity is as important as anythng else and we just couldnt countenenace sitting in a red stadium shouting for a team in red.
that dont make us right, wrong better or worse. For some (many?) of us, city will always be blue and if they change colour they aint the city. If you feel differently carry on fella enjoy your footy but dont make out your better than anyone else

Saturday afternoons is MY football day, my day of freedom, socialism & a laugh with friends, having a pint & doing what I enjoy most!
Football to me is more than just a colour, it's a one off experience in my life that fortunately happens more than once a week.
I can't say I'd be 100% happy about any colour or badge change, but nothing can change history, and nothing's gonna stop my day or two of freedom each week.
