There is so much potential in asia, if we went red and the malaysians played their cards right, we could see ALOT of money being poured into the club.

:ayatollah: We are still Cardiff city the bluebirds if playing in red with a red dragon also on our jersey (red dragon is the symbol of our country also) means us having investment surviving clearing debt and movin forward as a club then I'm for rebranding

Spot on for me too.

I fully agree with that sentiment.

It's the future of the club that matters. We need the investment in even better training facilities, money for better players, more seats at CCS if we get to the Premier League. If changing the colour of our home shirt is part of the plan then so what. We don't play in Blue when we play away from home but it's still our club and we still support them. The only difference would be is we would be playing in Blue away from home instead of at home. People who say it would take away our history are talking absolute bollocks. The history of our club is winning the FA Cup in 1927, runners up in 1925. Just missing out on being Div 1 Champions on the smallest of goal average. Beating Real Madrid. Losing narrowly to Hamburg in the ECWC semi final. That's all part of our history not the colour if our shirts. FA Cup Finalists against Portsmouth - played in gawd awful black that day ( not blue!!!) but still an important part in our history. Losing League Cup Finalists last season. That's all what the history of a club is about. It's nothing to do with the colour of the shirt. If it was we would still be playing in the old Riverside colours and would never have played in blue. Come to think of it we would still be called Riverside. We will still be Cardiff City, one time FA Cup Winners, twice FA Cup runners up, League Cup runners up, ECWC semi finalists. That's our history - not a blue shirt.

At the end of the day, It's Cardiff City AFC that matters.

Our clubs is rich in history, nothing or no one can change that.

What i'm looking forward to is a great FUTURE for our club.

Delusion if you think we won't be in the shit

Even if we didn't die, we would regress decades and it would be nearly as bad as dying. But death is more likely

I am for the changes

We WILL be playing in red, at home next season;
We WILL be playing in blue away next season;
3rd Kit is similar to our current black 3rd kit.

The badge will have a large dragon with a minuture bluebird on it with the words FIRE AND PASSION written.

Vincent Tan will invest the "£100million"

Langston has been offered a new deal with guarantees that if they are not paid by a certain date in the near future they get FIRST CHARGE of the club.

The supporters club poll was a heavy influence on the decisions that have been made today.
