Is there any need for the british monarchy in this day and age though? Britain is not what it used to be! The days of the british empire ruling 3quaters of the world are long dead. I think the british monarchy should have died out with it. There totally outdated and serve no purpose for me. Its about time that family were put out to graze. if we want to keep a united britain then things like the english monarchy needs to be to be left to the history books!
