I'm proud to be Welsh, don't mind being part of the UK as long as we are on the Union flag but I really have an issue with the 'tax parasites'

Happy enough to be Welsh and British, but I'm not a monarchist. It's not democratic. Personally, I would prefer to elect our head of state, as they do in the US, or France, or Ireland. Even elect them indirectly, like they do in Germany, or Italy, or India. The queen has done a good enough job, but, like I said, would prefer to elect the next head of state.
The only time the queen really messed up was when she, and the rest of the royal family, misjudged the mood of the country after Diana's death. They were about to press the self-destruct button, when Tony Blair made them see sense.
Besides, the royal family are German and Greek. Not English or British.
You don't have to be a right winger to be patriotic. On the contrary, it's Mosely and Thatcher, and the like, who sell out to foreigners, be it the US (Thatcher), or the Nazis (Moseley).
It's the like of Arthur Scargill and Tony Benn who have always fought for British jobs, but not like the OP, who has another agenda.
