Are they? In terms of league status then yes, but not so much after that.

WOW!

Ofcourse they are   they sell out every home game, finished a very respectable 12th in the apparent "biggest and best league in the world" and no doubt have a bigger fan base!

Jeez mun, some people on here make me laugh.

Norwich are a far bigger club. It's embarrassing but Polo is right, we struggled to sell out the Palace semi final even after winning the first leg. I remember there were still many tickets left on the day of the final.

But when WEMBLEY comes around..... Can't sell them soon a f*cking nuff. :old: :old: :old:

We just have a bigger plastic element than most :old:

Did we win the first leg against Palace, I thought we lost it 1-0.

Doubling his wage
Having a transfer kitty of millions
Playing against Man United et all instead of Barnsley
Having the chance of coaching decent players
Pitting his wits against the worlds best footballers
Putting his name on the world stage

Paul Lambert resigned after a big bust up about not providing him with a bigger budget for players than when they were in the championship!!! :o

Why always the focus on money? Managers and teams get you success not money.
We've all seen low budget teams promoted to the PL and big spenders fail miserably.
Malky has to prove himself to build his brand. Compare to Brenda who has recently achieved promotion, built his brand and has consequently won the job at L.
If he goes to Norwich he misses an opportunity to do that and will have question marks over his head.
Malky knows that he has to start achieving things at some point, there's no free ride to the top.

lambert was told he has to sell players, holt is begging to leave,a new manager could potentially be sacked by xmas as norwich will struggle
not as rosy at carrow road as some people may think

At the moment Norwich City is a Bigger draw but only because of their premier league status, but what can Malky achieve with Norwich, mid table year after year. If he takes us up within 2 years and keeps us up his stock would be worth a lot more than Norwich City.

I would think of it this way, he is a guy out to show what he can do and he wants it now !
Lets ask this also why did Rogers leave the Swans ? after all they are also in the prem and give them selfs a really good account of them selfs. yet he leaves. Why cos Liverpool is bigger and can give him more of a chance to show what he can do with a even bigger club.
Norwich is a club dear to Malkys heart and they are in the prem already and also give a really good account of them selfs last season. Now they will also have big money to spend on players so if Malky went there he to has a really good start to build up and make Nowrich even bigger than they are now.

No Im not saying Norwich is a bigger club than Cardiff cos I really do believe if we go up and stay up within 3 to 4 years we would be bring in around 40,000 fans every week.

But managers want the same as fans, success NOW! the only people who are loyal to a club is the fans , its a pity the clubs were not as loyal to there fans .
