Brenda has done a sound job at the Jacks, I thought he would have gone to a bigger team like Norwich or Wigan first to learn his trade. But , good luck to the guy , he deserves a chance.

think the jacks should go for Holloway, as they are more like Blackpool-lona than Barcelona

Waddle, did you see that brilliant thread on Planet Swamp where someone said he was expecting pep Guardiola or AVB to be your new manager. He was 100% serious.

ooh I think this might be a case of premature Jack elation  Malky has not gone yet whereas Rodgers has so let's see what happens.

Not only has Rodgers gone but so have Pascoe,Curtis and Tucker.

Curt has been with you for years so his move must be a shock

its the norm now for managers to want their own team so it's not really a surprise is it , and even if malky doesn't go coming on here and seeing the difference in 24hrs is quite amusing

hello twaddle missed you past days  not much difference here although there is debate as to whos going to replace himif goes! there is none of this traitor bit that your fans are spouting about brenda, if you look city fans say good luck malkie dont blame him for going to norwich blah blah not doom gloom as you making out!, by way i did tell your fellow swans that those who mock the efflicted can be the efflicted themselves so it proved!! who do you want as new man??

just noticed your opening line ! you cheeky get i was on here yesterday taking all sorts of shit

You were indeed, i`ll vouch that..

It's a relief in some ways because it shows that it's not just Cardiff that has the nutters that think we're a big club.

Re: bbc news

worst case scenario is we get relegated and lose 3-4 players , but with prem money , transfers, and parachute payments we'll be financially ok and able to challenge again , and i think i could live with that at the moment

Re: bbc news

Thu May 31, 2012 6:46 pm

Not all bad news if he goes as we should get some decent compo.

I dont believe Malky will leave for Norwich, just my strong strong opinion. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Annis, It sounds to me as if VT and TG want to minimise everything to monthly payments or drip feeding again for another season's gamble on wages and fees for players to get premiership football, before seriously looking at paying any lump sum settlements to anyone!!!

But if that fails again merlin then we will be another 15-20million in the red come this time next april wont we  I believe MM will go if we are aproached that is but it will be a test of the malaysians to how much they want MM after all he signed a new deal 1week for the cup final so they must value him.

I agree. Difficult to better what Lambert has done at Norwich this season with the limited funds available. If MM has a reasonable budget to strengthen the squad I'm sure he will stay at City.

yes better than us at moment, and as long as you get decent man in you could become yo yo club with prem payments  think that is way it will go in champ for clubs relegated from prem, especially with financial fair play comeing in! unfair playing field it will become? we need to get their this season to keep up!

Most teams who get relegated think they'll be straight back up but the stats don't reflect that. In 2009/10 Burnley, Hull & Portsmouth were relegated - look at them now. In 2010/11 Birmingham, Blackpool & West Ham were relegated - only West Ham going back up.

There comes major changes with relegation - wage structure, players leaving and sometimes the manager too. All of that has a negative effect. I still remember when you lot climbed all the way up to the old First Division and then had that slippery slide down.

Sometimes it's harder staying up the top than it was getting there.

thats why i said "challenge" again

and the way we are run now and the way we were run then could not be any different

Not sure what I find the most amusing. Brenda dumping the jacks or the jacks clinging desperately to the thought that if MM leaves it will make them feel better. Typical of them to continually measure themselves against City. Always acting like our annoying little brothers

i have 2 theories ,
you're a very short person so therefore you have some form of little man syndrome ,
or you have previously walked in on your mrs/mr being shagged by someone in a swansea jersey,

Crikey seems someone is feeling more upset than I thought. I sense the pain in your theories so suspect youre talking from bitter experience my short arsed forum colleague. Alas neither theory applies to me but it's good to know I'm getting to you. Look at me as your therapist. Here to help. Bet you can get a lot funnier as well
