Forlan was terrible when he first went to Utd and then started scoring cnsistantly after a while.. Berbatov has scored and played well whenever he has been given the chance likewise with Hernandez. These examples were supposed to show players who set the league alight in their first 6 months ad then declined. Nobody comes under that bracket, yet you informed us that there were droves of examples to the point you felt it had become a trend and a pattern - one you feel was then reliable enough to predict future signings coming into the league.
