There is also the catering contract. Whilst the match day revenue would be lost CCS is used nearly every day for conferences, meetings and even the odd pop concert and Christmas/40th Birthday Party. VT has almost certainly got the loyalties from that tied up in a first charge mortgage.

I also used to take a tolerant tone in regard to our neighbours, but since working in Bridgend for the last four years my opinion of them plummeted, even the educated professionals Jacks have an inferiority complex with a huge chip on their shoulders and are not as gracious to us as you are to them. There is one club that come down in the black Wolves , they refuse to go into the RED infact from what I was reading a while back they even made a profit. But as it has been pointed out so many times even on the News on TV & Radio, If VT was to walk away Now , we would be in the Red to the tune of 70mil. and every month that get bigger & bigger, and like any business in problems the creditors would smell the blood as Cardiff City go into its Death throughs and would come after what money they could get back. Cardiff City would sink like a stone. We would be watch them play on the pitch that Cardiff City used for trainning when Jimmy Scoular was in charge.
