Tony & big Gwyn seem to be devastated on the news coming out of the meeting, whats done is done now and lets hope their is room for compromise. People seem to think that VT was just going to give us £100million, the fact of the matter would have been the club would have been an extra £100million indebted.... So those who think us anti-red had fucked up then think on, if the likes of Swansea & Blackpool can do it on half the budget we had under Jones last 2 seasons so can we, we have that chemistry and right coaching. We are not that far away from achieving our goal.

I'm so angry, its hard not to resort to insults myself, which I have never done on this messageboard in any of my posts, even though there have been many provocative ones the other way agaisnt me over the last couple of days.

We are miles away from achieving any goal. We haven't got the players or players coming through.. Not for a while yet all we could get are has Beens on free xfers and that's only if we free up wages...

that said, i would rather be playing the likes of Carlisle n Lincoln in lower divisions, than lose our bluebirds Identity.

It is not just the racism that is insulting, but the swearing as well, some people just seam to think that by swearing, they have a stronger case , even now with the criticism of the racisist people feel that by using foul language, they prove their point, wrong guy's you just show your lack of or the forgetting of an education.
Every time I read a post that contains swearing I rarely finish the post, I would imaging there other people who feel the same, I had a guy the other day call me a whore and a c**t, just because my view was different from his, when I confronted him on the board he said it was just a joke, some joke.
Just for the record most of my posts stated that I was in favour of the red shirts, didn't want the badge change, but would have accepted it if I had to, if people disagree then fine but don't insult me.

I have seen this racism and its really shocking!

Those who behaved like numbskulls have dragged our proud club into potentially the dark ages. A colour of a shirt and a badge versus the long term future and stability of this great club - madness. Biting the hand that feeds you comes to mind. One has dialogue before planned demos and insults are casted - a good poker player waits to see what's on the table first before showing their hand and if you purport to represent individuals you gauge all views not just selective ones and go on to represent the majority even if it's in conflict to your own - As an ex service man I feel sad when various cap badges of great regiments are confined to history and are merged into new ones, but one does not forget its past, it is remembered with great fondness and one does their best to make the new regiment as good as its predecessor. Thats the issue for me having a club, a new regiment, moving forward into a new era, proud of its roots and history. Like many I have witnessed the various changes over recent time - 40 years for what its worth, has been through, colour of kits, badge changes, owners who have promised the earth and never delivered, whatever - but to have no club and confined Cardiff City F C to the history books, well that's disastrous and guess what only Cardiff fans will suffer, regardless of stature or age, because rest assured no one else gives a f**k.

We're in trouble and the fans leaders who whipped up this frenzy should be held to account.

This forum has been a disgrace and nothing was done about it because it suited the agenda of the egomainiacs.

The racist comments and personal insults to VT specifically and to the Malaysians generally are inexcusable but I'm sure as intelligent men they understand that you will always get a handful of idiots unable to express themselves in a civilised manner. They will also understand that these people are in a very small minority. It wouldn't make sense to abandon their ideas based on the insults of a handful of numbskulls.

2. I was appalled initially at the thought of losing our nickname of the Bluebirds and our blue strip but over the last 24 hours or so had come around to the idea simply because of the promised £100m. Reading the comments on the forums it seems that a lot of other fans had gone through the same process. I was hopeful that perhaps a compromise could be found to at least keep the Bluebird.

3. TG has made a statement which on the face of it withdraws the proposed investment and keeps the status quo regarding the kit and the Bluebird although now we are being told that he is coming over for talks.

4. None of this has been handled very well and there are lessons to be learned by all parties but we as fans have to get the message over to TG and VT that we are prepared to talk and we are prepared to listen to what they have to say. If they are serious about the £100m we have to listen but we are also entitled to put forward our point of view regarding the things that are so precious to us. There has to be a middle ground. There has to be a way forward.

5. It doesn't help when some "more prominent fans" openly declare that they don't trust the Malaysians, who to be honest have always acted with honesty and integrity. The person who leaked this news before TG had a chance to outline the plans to us has a lot to answer for.

6. Let's hope we can persuade the Malaysian investors that most of us are reasonable and well mannered people like themselves. I'm sure this can be worked out but how can we best get this message across to them?

Is it only now that you've got your way and what you want that you are prepared to denounce it? If that is the case then that is both low and weak. Any racisim is disgusting, the malaysians are very proud people and I Wouldnt blame them for taking it personally and leaving us... most fans including myself did not wabt a change but would Av accepted certain changes for the better of our club... The whole scenario should not Av been leaked and the intentions of what plans there were should Av be released in a proper statement. But there weren't that many reasonable people coming out and expressing their views over the last few days and this gave the impression that the vast majority were supporting the agenda being peddled here.

I predicted this scenario two days ago.

I cannot believe this business people would walk away because of the abuse they have had , even though I agree it's disgusting. They would have thought this through throughly, this now gives them the opportunity to wal away and put the blame on the small minded City fans that could not go with change and secure a future.

TG will be "looking for investors" enter one Sam .In a way I hope I am right and this was a ploy to bring Sam back as a saviour and allow the Maylasians to leave without he baggage of failures.
