It's coming in stage by stage, and there are lot's of ways around that, you just increase income and show it as income not investment, so If Vt decides to pay ten million pound a year to have stand naming rights etc, our club and all the others have ways around it, it's just like having a wage cap, pure paper exercise.

If we get the right investment from the Malaysians...
Malky will take us up if they give him what he needs to spend...
We will have a better chance to go up next season...
The Malaysians are paying off our debts so we cant complain...
Now sorry to be patronising with my underlining and emphasising but nobody seems to be taking it on board which is quite frankly baffling...
THE FINANACIAL FAIRPLAY RULES WILL BE COMING INTO PLAY FFS!!!!!!!!
1) Owners will only be allowed to invest £6 million (They are currently investing £12 million per annum just to meet running costs of the club). Meaning there will be no money to spend and we will have to find £6 million from somewhere to keep the club affloat. The year after investment is capped at £4 million (meaning we will have to find an extra £8 million) and then the season after £2 million (meaning we will have to find £10 million) - THIS WILL BE BEFORE MALKY GET ANYTHING TO SPEND.
2) Wage bills are to be capped to a certain % of our income. We will have to get rid of our top earners to satisfy this, so that means Whitts, Miller and Earnie will have to go. We will have no funds in place to replace them. You see the pattern here?
3) THE MALAYSIANS ARE NOT PAYING OUR DEBTS, THEY ARE ADDING TO THEM!! The Malaysians are NOT our owners with our best interests at heart. They are glorified loan sharks. They are basically covering what e owe elsewhere and transferring the debt to themselves while charging 7% interest!! WAKE UP!! It wasnt by pur chance they took on one of the most debt ridden clubs in the football league, it was THE reason they chose us. We are in a position that we cannot refuse their loans, and this them making money off our desperation. They are like those payday lenders, praying on the desperate.
4) Debt has risen from £40 million to £70 million in a few short years and is increasing at a rate of £1.2 million (+7%) EVERY MONTH.
5) IN SUMMARY - We do not have a better chance next year... that WAS our chance... We are in serious financial trouble... there ISNT any money to spend... We MUST get rid of our top players.
TAKE IT IN, BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL BURYING YOUR HEADS IN THE SAND!!

But he then wouldn't have any legal right to that back. That isnt going to happen. At man city yes, at Cardiff, no.
Everything tan loans us has a shed load of litigation behind it.

premier clubs will ignore it as you cannot force anyone to spend their own money any way they want to!! as to naming rights ect ect who ever puts the money in cannot be connected to club, man city are in trouble as some of their owners are also in company that sponsors stadium!! but like said they will ignore or challenge uefa, ill concieved idea from euro politicians as there is always law to stop things happening in europe!

The man city owners are a rarity, they don't care about profits.
If tan gives us money via spnsorship then he has no legal right for that money back, it will be a pure gift. Why would tan do that? And if he will then why doesn't he write off all our debts now?
Wake up FFs.

Doesn't matter if we have a billion stadiums, tan isn't going to pay anything more than the going rate otherwise he will have no entitlement to his money back as he is paying for a service rather than issuing a loan note.
Won't happen,
