No idea how much we've bid tbh but I'd guess around £5m. It seems like a case of him wanting to stay and us having to haggle a price. He hasn't got an agent either apparently and deals with these things himself so it helps that he's not being touted around elsewhere.

It's very unusual at this level. I may be wrong of course but that's what I've been led to believe.
As for being good enough for Man Utd, Inter etc to be after him, yes absolutely.
He's come into a team that weren't exactly scoring a hell of a lot of goals and scored around 7 in 15 from midfield and created a couple of others. Put him in a top 4 team and he'd be absolutely flying.
