Well done boys! Safe (but very loud and drunk) trip home for our fantastic support. Couldn't make it but watched it via a stream and our support was L-O-U-D and P-R-O-U-D. We play hammers now (the pressure and automatic promotion failure on them is good for us) and I can now see this being a City/Blackpool final - we have to get there first I know and none of us take anything for granted but..........it surely must be our turn now?!
Malky, the team and our fantastic support has made this a season to be proud of whether we make this or not. A Carling Cup final which we should have won and a play-off position with our form appearing to return. I think the Cup run done us a lot of good overall - belief as we should have beaten Liverpool and I think proving to TG & Co that we are moving in the right direction. Malky built us up from pretty much scratch and he's learning too. Didn't get the players he wanted in January as he did not have the money available (despite what was said). Great job from him and the team. This is just when you need a bit of luck and the other teams results and performance will give you that. TG and co must be beaming. This is a great time to to be a City supporter for sure. We can do this and deserve it. C'Mon City
