Personally I feel the malaysians and Malky would like to see the wage bill reduced. Its one thing spending a couple of million on a player but on top of that we then have to pay their wages each week as well. I can't see big singnings made when we are paying out high wages for the likes of Earnshaw who don't play more than 15-20 minutes of a game at a push. I'm prepared to give it until after next season when hopefully Malky will offload the players he doesnt want and replace them with possibly lower paid players of equal or better ability. Just my opinion.
