I never got my wish, he should of been sacked after the 6 nil defeat by Preston and then 3 nil at home to Ipswich.

Only problem with Jones was his media handling and lack of passion. His signings and on pitch ability were 9 times out of ten pretty good. People only remember the bad times and belittle the good times though.

The problem is that Annis is scared that Dve Jones will be back next season with the Wednesday and will get his revenge on being driven out of the club!

I have no worries Sam He should not fail for you, took over your club 9pts clear in the play offs,3rd in the league, first two games at home to Bury/Bournemouth, hardly any games left.

Annis this is a no lose situation for you because if DJ takes Sheff Wed up then you will say all the work was done before he arrived anyway, but if he doesn't take them up then that would be his fault! Surely you cant have it both ways? Whatever he does now until the end of the season, he deserves credit/criticism for...

What you're forgetting is he took over when the team were 3rd, not in the top 2, which means that up to the point he arrived they werent amongst the best 2 teams in the league, so it's hardly a given that they're going up...

I just think you're waiting on him to fail to have a reason to criticise him unfortunately

i'm not saying this to have a go, just my opinion and i'm genuinely interested in hearing your response, and where (if at all) you think im wrong in this post

Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones wants Robbie Fowler, 36, who failed to agree terms with Blackpool when they offered him £90 a week and £5,000 a game.
Jones is considering a deal until the end of the season.
