Another dig at the football team  In light of the sorrow surrounding the team and the FAW recently, let's hope the side qualifies for the World Cup (a far bigger tournament than the egg-chasing World Cup) so that your words are rammed firmly down your throat.

I sincerely hope we do quality for the world cup, and I would definitely eat my words. I didn't mean any disrespect to our football side, especially since our tragic loss, yet we as a nation should celebrate and congratulate the rugby side for their success.

Sorry about that. Strangely enough, another poster today made me think that they were having a go at the football team in the aftermath of today's rugby. Success for us is qualifying for a major tournament whilst success for them is actually winning tournaments (since they don't have to qualify).

I'm not really a rugby fan at all but well done to the side on winning the Grand Slam. I don't mind the dedicated supporters (that is to say, the ones who go week-in, week-out) but those who don't watch any rugby apart from Wales matches can bugger off, truthfully. Even though rugby's a bit of a minority sport, for a country like ours, of 3 million people, to be defeating countries that are much larger (i.e. England and France) is impressive.
