I understand MM is about as adaptable to changes as a 1980 ford fiesta gear box but bothroyd hasn't been playing would have fresh legs and reproduce some top form
Do the ayatolla, if you would like to see bothroyd come back here on loan for the last few games of the season ,

clueless

Kenny works hard undoubtedly and you dont get to be captain of your country or score so many goals over a career if you are shit. However, despite his great link up play, he is misfiring at the moment and needs some help or a rest as all the pressure to scotre our goals is on him. Don't understand why people are slagging Bothroyd off. Yes, he spent too much time on his arse and yes he could be lazy and disinterested at times, but he also scored a lot of important goals for us and thats what we need right now. Ten games could produce half a dozen vital goals from him for us, so I'd have him back no problem.

We don't necessarily need bothroyd, but we need someone who, if we need to play hoof the ball up to the forwards, can hold the ball up ( a target man ), so our smaller strikers can feed off him. Sorry to say but rudy falls a little short of what we need. Bothroyd was good at holding the ball up, contolling off his chest a lot and bringing the ball down and keeping it, because we have a team that lacks pace, then we have to play hoof ball too often too much.
P.S. The reason why Bothroyd spent so much time on his arse was because he had an itchy bum hole, and he had to wipe his arse on the grass like dogs do sometimes ( just picture that in your mind )

Would boo him out of Cardiff, always thought he was too big for us, don't want his attatude in my club. Some people seem to forget he would rather go out the night before one of the biggest games of the season showing a lack of respect for the club, the fans and his team mates. Waste of space

Based on that, let's sign a team of 7 foot basketball players then! None of them can play football properly, but they are all 7 foot tall and can win headers!

I know Jay is talented on the ball, I was just going on the logic of needing to bring Jay in because he wins headers. Rudy wins his majority of headers, but he's injured and without Rudy we have no arial threat up front. Saying that Jay was never a threat in the air was he? He was alright winning flick ons, but how many headed goals did Jay score for us? Jay is the only striker I know who prefers staying outside the box than getting in the box. Why? Because he's a coward, he won't stick his head on the end of a cross because he thinks he might get hurt. He could have thrown his head into a fifity fifty in the playoff semi but he saw the Reading keeper rushing out into him and Jay saw him and shit out! He's a fairy!
